staff are great, but visit ruined by crazy loud AC unit and the noise of a distressed dog barking/howling over 2 nights and the sound of distressed dog being conducted through the AC duct work. Had to call down to front desk on multiple occasions to try and get sorted with security to track down dog. Took hours each night, disappointing

Extremely small rooms, refrigerators don't cool at all, staff not responsive, a bit noisy even on high floors, bathroom/shower literally in same room your bed is. Valet parking left our keys in the range rover while the car was unlocked in the street in a busy city. Not very responsible or attention to detail.

This hotel was gorgeous! Has everything you need! Multiple bars, multiple restaurants, beautiful pool. Staff was professional and kind. Brieon got us settled and he was super sweet and gave us a bunch of recommendations. Don’t think twice just book!

Had a special weekend with my daughter and we had a fabulous time! The hotel is beautiful and very clean!! The staff were all so friendly and helpful…every single person we interacted with during our stay. The valet staff were also amazing. There were events going on and 6th street was blocked off so those valet attendants had their work cut out… Read more

Over exceeds expectations. Great dining areas, gym, pool and restaurant. Will be staying there in the future.
