The rooms are functional and clean . The staff is amazing. A special mention to Chanel , Andrise and Michael . I am sure there are many more behind the scenes . Prime location with many shows and restaurants near by . Chanel , Andrise and Michael are always there to help out as needed.

Just got back from a 4 night stay. Very enjoyable. Clean, quiet room. Comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast. Great location for catching a Broadway show or hitting midtown sites. We had a long stay at this hotel. We received very courteous attention to every detail (even a birthday gift), very grateful especially to Sanda, Chanel, Michel, Tyler, and Andrise. Highly recommended! Its near the Broadway shows and everything you want to do!

Though the room left something to be desired, (extremely limited space- bed and half sofa), the personnel was top notch. Chanel, Santa, and Andrise were very personable and fun to talk to. I believe they are an asset in a market with so much competition. Such customer service should be recognized. Would stay again, but in a larger room.

Breakfast was lovely (we just took it back to our room to enjoy cuz we had small trays in the room to use to carry food!) and lots of selection (muffins, croissant, oatmeal with SO MANY TOPPINGS!!!, yogurts, hot dishes like eggs and quiche and sausage, english muffins, bagels, 3 typs of juices, milks, coffees and teas!). Property was clean and the room ideal for staying in NYC - with a small kitchen!! Perfect. I have seen reviews that the elevator is slow.... it is!!! :-D Who cares? We are in NY and relaxed and so what if the elevator is slow?? LOL. Take the stairs if you want! THANK YOU to Michael, Joel, Tyler, Fidel, Maria !!!
