Spectacular Rooms are 288 sq ft and are located on floors 18 through 57 with skyline views, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Cool Corner Rooms are 288 sq ft and are located on floors 26 through 57 with views of either the Hudson River or Times Square, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Fantastic Suites are 625 sq ft and are located on floors 15 through 39 with Broadway views, separate living room with Bose® wireless Bluetooth speaker, 55” flat screen TV and a W MixBar, and 1.5 bathrooms, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed in living room, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Marvelous Suites are 625 sq ft and are located on floors 40 through 55 with panoramic Broadway views, separate living room with Bose® wireless Bluetooth speaker, 55” flat screen TV and a W MixBar, and 1.5 bathrooms, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed in living room, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Dos Caminos (Mexican restaurant and margarita bar, open for lunch and dinner). Blue Fin (seafood restaurant with sushi and cocktail bar, open for breakfast, lunch, dinner). The Living Room Bar. Great location, very centric. Steps away from Times Square. Valet parking is a bit uncomfortable. Room was clean and large enough, features minibar, safe, the basics. Bar in the lobby is great. Features two great restaurants. Perfecf for a couples getaway.

Times Square is busy and smelly. This hotel is tired, old, and depressing. Rooms are very expensive for what you get. The concierge Jermaine was helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was prompt and consistent. That’s all the positive I can say about this place. Better to find a different hotel outside of Times Square.

The hotel lobby is on the 7th floor. Check in easy. We were given a room on the 35th floor which has a separate elevator which can be confusing to find. The room is nice. This was by far my favorite hotel in New York so far! The staff is so nice! We had a suite so it was great to keep the kids separated. The bed was comfortable. I would say though the outlets are scarce based upon where the furniture is and the shower could use another shelf. Other than that I would stay again for sure!

Gorgeous hotel, staff are very friendly, professional and attentive. Check in and out was so easy, staff were more than happy to go out of their way for you nothing is too much trouble. Rooms cleaned daily by friendly staff, would love to stay here again. Location is perfect
