Right across from the Boston Library very accessible to subway & bus connections. We took a free orange bus from Logan here and bus back. We bought a transportation card to get around which made it easy. I walked 10-15k steps a day. 4 subway stops away from waterfront and 2 from Chinatown. About a mile walk to Fine Art Museum. We booked months ahead to get a reasonable price. Staff helpful. There is a destination charge but u can use it to buy food&drink everyday which is a treat. Bedding fab as usual. Breakfast great and staff very nice at Bar 10 (Ezra) and bar area had a great desserts and staff. Pleasant trip now one of my favorite destinations. Read less

Great service, especially the concierge level team!! It is great to start the day with breakfast in the club, after being met by Irense & her team. Evening food and beverage options are also very strong. We have stayed at this property before, and have always found the staff to be very customer focused, as well as being centrally located.

Loved the hotel product. Comfy spacious room, got us early check in. Would have rated the Westin 5 stars, however they charge a $30 per day destination fee. We could have used it in Starbucks or any of the outlets, we were NOT told about it at check in. At check out when I noticed it the desk person let me run to Starbucks for treats. However, i had an early morning flight, could not bring beverages through security, and I did not want or need these items. I called the hotel to see what they could do, and they did NOT do a thing except educate me to read the website. I am an educated traveler and ex hotel person. I was so disappointed by their lack of caring. It is a training and issue. So coupled with the $70 per day parking fee the room cost an extra $100 per day. Buyer Beware! Read less

From the minute we walked in, the staff was friendly. We had a long day of traveling so we stopped in the hotel bar where we met Dave first and he kicked off the high standard from personality to knowledge for tourists. Dave and Noah suggested several recommendations, which we took, and all were amazing. Noah even helped us get reservations to a personal favorite and it was above and beyond what normal hotel staff would do for you. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. They had live music in the hotel bar one evening and she was quite talented and the room was packed. Nice touch! If and when we return to Boston, we will stay here no matter the price due to the staff listed above. Read less
