Yotel is an efficient, modern hotel very convenient to Javitz convention center. The compact pod-esque rooms are well-designed for efficiency. The rain shower is a nice touch. The self-service check-in process is straightforward. However, those staying as high as the 16th floor may still experience some street noise that can be disruptive at times (sirens) and the WiFi speed was too slow for video conferencing. Overall, Yotel offers a convenient, value option in Hell's Kitchen. Read less

We were booked in here for 3 nights. The bedrooms spotless and serviced every day. Loverly fluffy white towels plus great toiletries too. The rooftop bar is the best. Breakfast grab and go is a nice touch and the pastries were always nice and fresh. The bar prices were a bit steep, but i guess thats NY

Just don't do it until the hotel does a major renovation. While Yotels and other pods are clever, this one used to be a swanky value win, and now it is not even comfortable for one night stay. Most everythign is broken: ice machines, AC, beds won't go into couch position, missing handles on showers, broken charging stations, missing tray tables,… Read more

Hi I hope you find my experience at Yotel helpful just to understand if this place fits your expectations , any way Since I m a travel agent I get all the feedbacks from my customers stayed at NYC Hotels and mostly they complain about room Size , long line at the elevators and at the breakfast tables which I 've never experienced here at Yotel and about the room size I think just in average , anyway I stayed for 5 nights with my family along with a group of my customers all coming from Italy , and so I loved this place in all its aspects . The location is just wonderful close to Hudson Yards and High Line to reach also Chelsea Market , close to Time Square but not right in the caos of the crowded Broadway and so on . Also I loved the buffet breakfast at Green Fig , very good food and pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff , also there is a espresso coffee shop with excellent espresso and croissants etc etc . Again about the room again regarding the rooms, certainly more could be done but no one is perfect and in any case there is everything you need for a decent stay and then for its reasonable price I think it is even more than expected . New York is a city where you don't waste the time in your room , my special thanks goes to all the Yotel great staff who made my vacation unforgettable . Next time I come to New York for sure I book Yotel directly. bye bye Nico Pontone Travel Read less
