We had a terrible customer service experience. We arrived for a staycation. When we booked it, we asked for an early check-in and even got an email confirmation with the early check in time. We arrived two hours before the check-in, the room was not ready. They told us to wait and they would text us. No one texted us. it took two hours and us repeatedly checking in with the front desk for an update. they gave lots of excuses. The only thing we enjoyed about the stay was that the room was clean. Ever single one of them. I usually stay at Marriott, but moving forward I will always look for a Fairmont. Read less

Early check in and late checkout. Bag drop on checkout day until afternoon and parking. The room refresh when you leave for the evening is a nice touch as well.
