My husband and I had the best experience here. We have been to a few all inclusive resorts and this one was the best so far. The food was so delicious that we literally ate breakfast, 2 lunches (we ate at 2 different places), and dinner every day. The fruit is the best I’ve ever had anywhere, especially the Pineapple. They also make the best drinks and they use a good amount of alcohol unlike other resorts that put mostly mix and very little alcohol. The staff was so friendly but the entertainment staff was incredible. Not only did they put on some amazing shows at night and fun games during the day, but they also befriended the guests and you can see them playing pool, cornhole, and various lawn games with random guests. I also LOVED all the resort cats here. I always miss my pets when I go on vacation and they really helped with that. They were all so loving and friendly and you can tell they are well cared for. The only thing I wish was that Sandals would spay and neuter them because how do they keep the resort from having too many cats? I hope they don’t kick them out or anything. The only downside I saw was that the excursions and photo packages were the most expensive I have ever seen. Why does it cost $40 a person just to be driven into town to go shopping (the only “cheap” excursion there was) and why is 1 photo $20? Besides that it’s everything else was awesome. I will definitely be coming back to try different Sandals resorts in Jamaica to compare. Read less

My husbanand & I visited Sandals Royal Caribbean (SRC) Overwater Bungalows, in Montego Bay, Jamaica for our 15th wedding anniversary, and we must say that this was the BEST vacation experience EVER!! First, a great big shout out to Sherrika and the wedding planning team who helped put together and pull off the biggest Retie the Knot vow renewal SURPRISE for me. The wedding planners were absolutely wonderful, skillfully helping select the best options ( i.e. cake, decorations, photo packages etc.) for our celebration, which went off without a hitch. We would 100% recommend Sandal's Retie The Knot experience. Then there was Snapshots, the photo shop onsite at SRC, whose team helped us take the most fabulous photos. A GREAT BIG THANK YOU to David and Wilton for helping us capture our most unforgettable moments at Sandals. They are two of the most amazing and talented photographers at the resort. The entire staff at Snapshots, especially the shop manager Darren, was extremely accommodating to our requests and ensured we were completely satisfied with our package. Trevaun, Cedric and Marisa, were extremely professional, patient and accommodating and worked diligently to help us select the best photos (which was difficult as they all looked amazing). They were all very personable and made the time reviewing photos pass rather quickly. Now to the butler service. Well, I don't care what any other reviews claim about their butlers, but I can tell you that Makiko and Kadane are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! They are the epitome of butler service at its finest. They had the most charming personalities and their attention to detail, was second to none. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the absolute best time at Sandals. From making sure we had our daily fix of local fruits, authentic and delicious meals (prepared by the best chefs on the resort, Glenton and Tyrese) setting up romantic in suite dinners and daily romantic room decor surprises...absolutely made our stay phenomenal. We will definitely be requesting them both whenever we return. Loyalty and Travel - Ms Camille is absolutely amazing, she explained the options for us to rebook another vacay. So we are back 2025 in Saint V. There is so much more to say about SRC, but this review would go on forever. Bottom line, if you're undecided about whether to book your vacation at the overwater Bungalows or have your wedding celebration at Sandals Royal Caribbean, look no further..you will NOT be disappointed. Dawn, the manager of this property, we saw her every weekday - she was working right alongside all of the employees- the only job I did not personally see her do was get in the water in her business suit to keep the swim beach spotlessly clean I titled this exactly as advertised- I should have said better than advertised!
