The hotel

An adults-only haven, the All Inclusive Le Blanc blends beauty, luxury and tranquillity to create the perfect environment in which to relax completely. There are three swimming pools at your disposal, two of which are infinity pools, an outdoor Jacuzzi and a full-service spa surrounded by bamboo gardens with treatments aplenty to chase those cares away. If you’re a golf enthusiast, you’ll be spoilt for choice with two challenging, beautifully landscaped Championship courses nearby, designed by Jack Nicklaus himself. Where is it

Flanked by the beautiful Nichupte Lagoon and the Caribbean Sea, the resort is in Cancun’s hotel zone, close to culture and nightlife. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 30 minutes.

Having previously shared a review of LeBlanc Cancun (user: 808dawnpatrol), I now wish to provide a more personal perspective as part of a gay couple. I am delighted to report that our sexual orientation was a non-issue during our stay. We were warmly welcomed as guests, and every moment of our visit was thoroughly enjoyable, promoting a sense of belonging and acceptance that I believe is crucial for LGBTQ+ travelers. I'd like to elaborate on the exceptional amenities and dining experiences at LeBlanc. Despite being a boutique resort in a city known for its mega all-inclusive options, LeBlanc keeps the quality of its offerings high. The pools, restaurants, bars, fitness center, spa, and nightly entertainment provided us with diverse activities, ensuring our stay was filled with excitement. The meals served at the restaurants are at a quality level of a 4 or 5-star establishment at home. I've highlighted some of the staff from the restaurants in the photos. Chef Freddy at Yama, Melissa and Ricardo at the K'akai, the coffee café, Edgar and the chocolate souffle at Lumiere, and the Wednesday outdoor fish market buffet. We enjoyed pool yoga, wine tasting, hydrotherapy, massages, and our favorite activities, relaxing at the infinity pool or walking on the fine white beach sand. Shout out to Pool Concierges Yessica, and Lucinda, Pool Waiters William and Daniel for filling our cups with great cocktails. The experience at LeBlanc is elevated by the welcoming warmth of the staff. It is tough to describe, but you feel genuine appreciation from the staff for being a guest. You will understand my previous comment when you encounter Magdalena at the Blanc breakfast. Our butlers from last year, Marco and Joel, welcomed us back like family and remembered many details of our previous visit. During this visit, our butlers, Bylijoel and Rodrigo, quickly learned about our routine and ensured we were spoiled! Our concierge, Thalia, organized our entire trip and remained our constant go-to person for any last-minute plan changes. LeBlanc achieved its #1 ranking in Cancun because of the staff's commitment to creating a home away from home feeling for guests. We felt 100% safe throughout the stay. Issy was our server on the beach, and he was so much fun to have around! We had a cabana one day, and he definitely made sure we were taken care of!! 10/10 would recommend this resort to any couple wanting that all-inclusive adults only atmosphere in Cancun!

The rooms are big enough ( think they can do without the Jacuzzi 's though) but very clean which is very important to us. Everyone here is so attentive and the service can't be beat. If you know....you know. Just stay here once and you'll understand. I have to mention the following people they truly stand out and my our vacation extra special. Vacation planner - Ella and Nancy So sweet and friendly...and not pushy which we appreciate. Butler's - Billyjoele, Raul and Marco  They are the best! There was nothing they couldn't do and provided us with anything we needed. We call them "THE DREAM TEAM" Blanc restaurant - Manuel, David and Magdalena  What can I say....they are great!! Greeted us with a smile every morning. Perfect way to start our day. Honestly, everyone there was willing to get us anything we may have wanted. Great team there! Also. Chef David was awesome. He happily prepared anything we wanted for lunch to accommodate Al's dietary needs.  Pool-  Lucinda and Yessica They are also a dream team. Always there to help with towels and chairs. Oh the cucumber/ cold towels is such a treat. Pool server's - Jeanette and Armando  They were always there ready to quench our thirst with a cold drink. They're incredible! Cavo bar- Alejandro, Edgar  Again, great service Lumier - Carlos Absolutely terrific server. Very attentive and always pleasant. Also the girl that serves the bread ( I didn't get her name) but she was friendly. She also delivered our room service a few times which was always very prompt. Yama - Gerardo He's a gem and made our dinner at Yama extra special to celebrate our anniversary. Also, chef Herber is excellent. Happily made special dinners for us at both Yama and Bella for us and he is a real asset. Coffee bar- Mia We can't forget her. She left such an impression. Every time we go in for a cold brew or a sweet treat, she was always happy and smiling. We also met Jorge, the food and beverage manager. He introduced himself to us. Very nice and knowledgeable. I believe he is a great fit for the hotel and we were excited to hear of some of the new ideas/plans for the resort! We are already looking forward to our next visit. Read less

Growing up in a first-generation Japanese home, my mother taught me about the qualities of fresh sashimi. The sashimi served, especially the chutoro and toro, got a 9.9/10 on my scale. The tuna tartar was amazing in flavor and texture. We were fortunate to have Chef Freddy create a wonderful main course dish with sea bass and shrimp caramelized with his special sauce. To perfect the evening, the service was impeccably delivered by Manager Alexandra, Server Alberto, and Ivan. For those who enjoy sake, the collection offers a good selection of types and grades. Tatenokawa was superb, with a full and lasting taste, and the perfect balance of salt and sweetness. Yama is only one of many amazing restaurants on the property. Read less
