Split into two sections, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya Heaven is a partly adults-only oasis offering luxurious accommodation, four pools, four restaurants and endless water activities. There’s also the Hard Rock golf course (20 minutes away) and you’ve got easy access to it as well as preferential tee times. Plus staying at the Heaven section, you will have full access to the facilities within the family friendly Hacienda section, giving you even more dining options and pools to enjoy. An All Inclusive resort, its top-shelf all the way at the Hard Rock — there isn’t anything you’ll be denied. After a busy day (and night) your room is your sanctuary. There’s a whole variety to choose from but one thing’s for sure, you’ll have space to stretch out in plus a well-stocked mini-bar to take advantage of!

In the heart of the Riviera Maya, this is section of the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is mostly adults-only, with some select facilities open to families. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 1 hour 10 minutes.

Deluxe Gold Room with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Deluxe Diamond Rooms offer the best views and locations, king-size beds guaranteed, special room service menu (select restaurant menu), nightly turn-down service, Espresso/American Coffee machine, luxury bath amenities by Rock Spa, DVD Player/CD Player, radio/alarm clock, pillow menu, aromatherapy, professional hairdryer, concierge phone service, exclusive beach bag, private check-in and out/late check-out and early check-in (subject to availability). 5 restaurants and 3 bars: Toro (steak/á la carte, families welcome), Ciao (breakfast buffet. Italian specialities á la carte for lunch and dinner, families welcome), Le Petit Cochon (rustic French cuisine á la carte, adults-only), Wai (Thai inspired cuisine á la carte, adults-only). Umo (Mexican Yucatan cuisine á la carte, adults-only). Martini Bar, Heaven Bar & Lounge (regular live entertainment), Rhythm Bar. Eden Bar at Eden beach. Poolside snack bar. We left an item in a restaurant that we ate dinner at the previous night. This item was really important to us especially our four year old daughter, so we really really really want it found! (Parents with kids know this feeling)! And Diego, Brenda and Valeria were so awesome, quick and professional in helping us find it.

The grounds are stunning and the people working for the hotel are our favorite!! Especially our wait staff !! I will say when you check in and you are older you might want to request a room not near a bachelor party but we didn’t know …it’s definitely a party scene here but if that is you …you will fit right in. The best part of this trip though was the staff here and the views which is why I’m giving them a 5 star. Had it not been for the staff I might have given a 4 star. However we aren’t in the party scene and sadly were surrounded by young kids that stumbled the hallways yelling until 2am…again nothing a pillow over your ears can’t stop. Sort of. The food was excellent at Faro and our servers were awesome and really made us feel at home. Read less
