Just returned from the Haven. Generally good everywhere. The three staff members that were really outstanding were Gabi, our butler, Degner (pool concierge),and Omah (beach waiter). All three of these people gave their utmost in providing an excellent service and are exceptionally nice human beings. Thank you very much.

This place was amazing! Checking in was quick and easy. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Our butler was the best! I will definitely be going back!

Second time staying here. We love the pools, staff, and food. The only “con” is that the seaweed makes getting in the water difficult. They work hard to try and clear it so you can walk on the beach, but if you are a beach junky and love time in the water more than the pools you will be a bit disappointed. They work hard to try and clear it so you can walk on the beach, but if you are a beach junky and love time in the water more than the pools you will be a bit disappointed. That said, they make up for it with multiple huge pools, great wait staff, and exceptional cleaning services. We would see staff cleaning from sunrise to well after sunset non stop working hard to make the resort tidy. Wonderful experience both times! Best resort south of the main hotel zone. Read less
