I want to express my gratitude to Klein, who assisted with check-in on the 24th. I was hesitant between choosing Ritz Carlton and W Hotel, but choosing W turned out to be the perfect choice for my last staycation in Singapore! Klein upgraded our room to a king bed room with a balcony. However, since we had reserved a twin bedroom, he also added an extra bed, which was thoughtful. It was the best check-in experience where all our needs were met. We were also lucky to win a charging deck from Lucky Draw as a surprise gift! I'm also thankful to Josephine, who kindly explained the facilities nearby. The pool is open 24 hours was also great, making it an experience worth revisiting. Read less

My family went to The Kitchen Table on 14 April 2024. This is the first time we patroned this restaurant. Very interesting restaurant and the ambience was very cosy. We don't know what to order so we asked the 2 young happy waiters (Eric and Vince). They recommended a few dishes and we ordered. The food is excellent especially the Pizzas. The Butter chicken curry and Lamb Shank were perfect. The meat were so tender. We ordered the Pork satay and the meat was so tender. Well thanks to Eric and Vince. They are always very friendly, helpful and attentive at all times. Very sociable and able to interact with all kinds of customers. One thing to add. They are bubbly. They make our dinner very lively and happy. So we went back to the restaurant again on 21 April. Service is 100% excellent. This time the pork satay was over cooked until there were burnt pork n the pork were very hard. There was this Indian waitress helped us to do an exchange. She was very understanding. We tried the nasi goreng which turned out to be fantastic. The chef was able to cook the rice until so fragrant. Also the beef burgers were good. The beef was tender and especially the French fries. In conclusion, everything is yummy and my family had a great meal. We love our dinner. I shared with my friends about The Kitchen Table, they trust my taste and looking forward to visit the restaurant. Once again, my family especially my children would like to thank the front line staff and the kitchen staff for their excellent service, making our dining so memorable. Read less

Great amenities (pool, gym, spa treatments), attentive service, clean and comfortable. I would recommend W Sentosa without hesitation and can't wait to stay there again. Location-wise it is further away from Sentosa's main attractions of Palawan and Siloso Beaches (Adventure Cove, Universal Studios, etc) but is manageable with planning and utilising the Sentosa Bus B (noting the last bus back into W is at 10pm from Beach Station). We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast with it's great many choices of food. Read less
