It was such a good experience. The view is great and staffs are nice. Breakfast is also good to try. They have nice selection of fresh juice, asian food and noodle soup. Special thanks to the front staffs, Alice, Pare and Dani. They made the first impression of the hotel amazing.

It was a satisfying day with very kind and delicate service. I would like to say thank you to Pare & Dani & Arm for there kind response. If I visit Bangkok next time, I would like to stay again. Especially, it was convenient for Koreans to inquire because there was a Korean employee.

We visited the pantry while staying at the avani and was met by a very kind and funny lady called bell(ms malinee) she is a credit to your hotel and was the only reason we took the time to review as she really made this experience personal! What a credit! She knows how to do service and you as a hotel should be proud you have her working for you

The breakfast for this is very good. The staff I also nice to the guest. The loom was a little bit old, but it's clean the location for this hotel is close to the plaza. You can walk there and buy something that you would like to have the restaurant is quite nice. The food is great, but not many variety.
