Overall the resort is maintained immaculately and the staff is exceptionally nice and very well trained, providing excellent service. Unfortunately, the layout, look and feel of the resort fell short of our expectations based on other reviews, pics and the AAA 4 Diamond rating. It appears the developer tried to incorporate the factors to get that rating, but in my opinion, it is not deserving of it. To be fair, it was a nice place to stay, but just did not did not meet our expectations of staying at a resort. We chose a King Superior Guest room, which was very clean and well appointed, but other than the bathroom, which was very nice and spacious, it was very small, with barely enough room for the king size bed and dresser / counter. The interior areas of the Naples Bay Club were very nice and upscale, but the outside pool area felt cramped. It had the amenities, but it felt like they crammed them in to say they had them. The main pool was nice, but it felt like the lap pool, adult pool / hot tup and lazy river (which was tiny) were all crammed in. Indulge Restaurant and Bar was closed the four nights we were there. We also missed having a conveniently located bar for evening drinks. There was one at the Club, but it was only open until 8 and not convenient to the resort itself. We rented a car, which I'd highly recommend and the valet guys, particularly Thomas, made parking and retrieving our car very quick and easy. Since we had a car, we did not use the shuttle service, but did take advantage of the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels the resort makes available. That made it very easy for us to go to different beaches on our own. It was a very nice touch and that flexibility made our overall trip much more enjoyable. Overall, although we were disappointed with the "resort" feel, we did make the most of our trip, but it was mostly outside of the resort. It was a nice place to stay in the Naples area, but having a car and the flexibility to not be dependent on the resort is highly recommended. Read less

The hotel is excellent, close to the popular Tin City night spot and shopping along 5th Avenue. The rooms were excellent, spacious, all the kit worked, internet reception was strong, large screen LEDs in two rooms, fully fitted kitchen area (240), twin bathrooms and a spacious balcony overlooking the marina. We upgrade on arrival from the ‘same spec’ room across the way, where the view was of someone’s backyard - not so great - so whilst it was an extra $50 a night, it was well worth the spend. Didn’t try the food in the evenings so cannot comment on that, but based on what we saw/heard - clear the main restaurant NOSH was well attended on most nights. Another thing we didn’t try was the private hire yachts/motor launches - there are a number of these and we watched with interest the detailing done by the attendants both pre and post guest charters - really was first class attention to detail. The sports/pool is a short walk, maybe 3 mins walk from the main site, no biggie, it was also first class, all the facilities you’d need and another good restaurant on site, lazy river, two pools, courts, etc.etc. The team on reception are brilliant, pleasant and helpful to a fault. The parking is ample - though we noticed the parking is in high demand at the weekends, starting Friday thru Sunday eve - bear that in mind when booking. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The resort's prime location is perfect, offering easy access to beaches, and local attractions. It has a range of amenities, which includes a splendid club, a marina, and a complementary shuttle service as well. Everyone on the property from the bellhops, drivers, front desk, club, the entire crew, were friendly and at a high level in their jobs. Their extraordinary assistance enhanced our experience as guests. Special thanks to Lead Concierge Hope H. for being genuine in welcoming us all upon our arrival with smiles, sweet words, hugs, and a glass of Prosecco. It was a wonderful experience. Beautiful Resort with the best customer service I have experienced! Parking and Valet cost is reasonable and at the same rate, so we used the valet service. The valet staff were quick, efficient, friendly and offered excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. You can take a genuine Italian gondola with your sweetheart for only $99! We found out about it too late, but we'll take that romantic ride next time for sure! Room was spotless, large and had a wonderful bed for an excellent night's sleep! We loved it there. 5th Ave and 3rd Street shopping and restaurants are phenomenal! Best Italian dishes I have ever tasted! Read less
