This is a nice resort with good eating options. Within walking distance to everything like the beach, water activities, & food. I enjoyed my stay. It’s a great location and the facilities and staff were very friendly. My only disappointment was that they wouldn’t honor a second night rate that was offered through a 3rd party provider. And when they provided the limitations of the offer, I was able to provide evidence that I met those limitations. Still they refused to honor the rate and provided me with a discount rate offer that was 100% more than the other rate. Bottom line, they missed out on filling one of their rooms when their hotel wasn’t fully booked and they left a customer feeling less than satisfied. For a $100 they could have created a very satisfied and loyal customer. Read less
