The hotel

Not only does CoCo Key offer great family rooms with plenty of space in the heart of Orlando, it boasts it's own water park too — one of the best in the area! With 14 slides, three heated pools and a state-of-the-art gaming arcade, kids of all ages can play to their hearts content all day, every day. You're also just a hop and a skip away from a myriad of Orlando attractions (including the theme parks), so there's never a dull moment! And although restaurants abound (you can walk to over 50 restaurants and shops), The Tradewinds Restaurant on-site is a great place to dine, feasting on deep south favourites, followed by amazing dessert selections. A daily entertainment program means the kids will be making friends in no time, including movies screened by the pool and interesting activities that are hosted by the hotel staff. Look for the hotel mascot CoCo in the morning and afternoon for photo opportunities.

Can't fault the staff, the valet Steven was very polite, helpful and friendly. All staff are good and polite. hotel is clean and ideally situated for universal, they provide 3 buses going and 3 buses returning, our room had 2 beds a sofa a microwave and a mini fridge. Room has a safe.
