496 rooms and Kids Suites on 6 floors with 5 lifts. All rooms have climate control, cable TV, WiFi, safe, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee/tea maker, iron and board and hairdryer. Standard rooms with 2 queen-size beds sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Kids Suite A has bunk beds sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Kids Suite B has 2 sets of bunk beds sleeping maximum 2 adults and 4 children.

Very comfortable beds with adjoining rooms if you're with family or friends and have 2 rooms, staff were friendly and helpful and the shuttle services to the parks are very well managed. When not using shuttle bus Lyfts were reasonably priced. Heated pool which featured games by Dan "the magic man" and cinema room which was air conned was a very good way to pass the time whilst waiting for Lyfts or busses. Very friendly staff. My daughter got sick in the middle of the night and we called to ask for extra sheets. Instead of just dropping them off, housekeeping came inside and helped me make the bed and take the dirty sheets. I was so thankful. The pool was clean, the water super warm. Instead of just dropping them off, housekeeping came inside and helped me make the bed and take the dirty sheets. I was so thankful. The pool was clean, the water super warm. I loved the games and activities they did for the kids at the pool. The movie theater was cool. Chairs not so comfy but no biggie. I would say the only thing that was a negative would be the arcade. Don't expect to be able to play them. Over half of the games just ate the coins, or the coins got stuck. The only thing the front desk could do is give us extra coins. While I appreciate them replacing the lost coins it doesn't do you much good when you can't use the coins in the machines so now you've got coins but no money back. The room was very clean, we had the suite with the bunk beds and that was super comfy and fit our 4 kids. We would definetly stay here again! Read less

Stayed for 10 nights, staff were very helpful, whole hotel and rooms were clean and very comfy beds. Always able to get a seat around the pool, even with some of the pool deck coned off. Stayed for 10 nights, staff were very helpful, whole hotel and rooms were clean and very comfy beds. Always able to get a seat around the pool, even with some of the pool deck coned off. My son loved the kids activities / competitions around the pool and won the duck race! Applebees was OK, found other restaurants nearby that were better quality. Our room was huge and a nice quiet area even when the cheerleaders arrived we had no issues. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. Read less

But the rooms are always clean, they’re really big and spacious, having a kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker, microwave isn’t even a given these days anymore… And they have some of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever stayed in… This is more comfortable than my own bed and I wish I could take the whole mattress home. I absolutely love the pool area and spent hours there each trip (though the music playing from the bar could be a tad quieter, it’s a bit loud). My absolute favorite part is the stuff though! Especially Allie who immediately puts a smile on my face with her cheerful demeanor. She has helped me several times when small issues arose and I always see if she’s around when I need sth from the front desk. Read less
