Island or Beachfront Cottages have a private terrace and tropical island or beach views and are steps away from the lagoon. They are larger and have open-air bathroom, 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Island Cottages with Plunge Pool have a private terrace and tropical island views and are steps away from the lagoon. They have open-air bathroom, 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Over Water Bungalows built on stilts over the lagoon have a private sun terrace and direct access to the lagoon, and have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Over Water Bungalows with Plunge Pool sit over the water with direct access, thatched roofs and sun terrace and offer magnificent ocean views with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Water Villas are larger with upgraded amenities, and also sit over the water with direct ocean access and private plunge pool. Villas have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Ocean Pool Villas with private plunge pool and uninterrupted sea views, located on private side of the island with latest in-room entertainment, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 infant.

Water Suites are spacious over-water suites with mini plunge pool, a separate lounge area and private deck, two bedrooms both with 1 king-size bed. One room overlooking a second deck with direct sea access and sun loungers, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Great family holiday!

Our 5th resort in the Maldives and we loved our stay. Fantastic dining options, very tasty fresh food! Amazing beach bar and restaurant. Food was so varied around the resort we were very impressed! They have the most beautiful SPA where I had the best massage ever. The island is stunning, lots of flowers and wildlife. Beautiful beaches. Their rooms are beautiful and huge. Most fantastic kids club (a bit dated, but that didn’t matter one bit). Kids feel so engaged with hourly activities. Our little girl wanted to be there the whole time. Natasha and Maria are most loving and caring ladies, our daughter loved them. They accommodated her so well and gave her most wonderful personalised leaving gift. You are made to feel as part of a family. Ayish took such amazing care of us at the restaurant and decorated our table beautifully for our last evening. After Sheraton we moved on to another highly regarded and very popular resort in the Maldives, but our hearts were firmly set on Sheraton. Thank you all so much! Read less

Huge disappointment

What a horrible experience! We left westin resort at 11am local time and reached sheraton around 12. We had to sit in „Relax Lounge” Until 14:45 Until our room was ready. We didnt have access to the suitcase because these „were already in the room”. So we couldnt even shower, couldnt go to the beach either. The water looked amazing when we arrived but by the time we got into our room and got ourselves ready- sun started to set So the water didnt look that lush anymore. I was told at the previous resort that sheraton will definietely have great coconuts at their island. I did ask the day before arriving about it. I specifically asked for sweet, tender coconuts. I got a reply saying that they source their coconuts daily from their own island and they can assure they’re always sweet and tasty. The day I arrived No effort been made towards me and my family. I decided to tgo the bar and ask there for the coconut but what I heard was „were out of stock”. The bar has a really nice food though. Dishes full of flavour which I was lacking in the previous resort. We had 9am flight the next day but we were told someone is coming to pick up the luggage at 5:45-6:15 and that the boat departure is 6:45. They brought us to the checkout as first and So from 6:15 we were hanging out outside with the toddler (that could still be asleep)(we did see some really good coconuts on the palm trees too!) while PROBABLY the same driver was bringing other guests to the leaving point. We didnt leave Until 7:05. Nobody ever asked How my stay was. So annoyed with this hotel. The island itself was really beautiful. Orchid garden looks great too. Read less

Wedding and honeymoon trip of lifetime

Not quite sure where to start! Came here for a week for wedding ceremony and honeymoon combined. Weather was as perfect as it could be. But let’s talk about the experience itself. Resort was well kept and beautiful and easy to navigate. Property is beautifully landscaped and every person working their greets you with a smile. All employees are willing to try and give you rides around resort and help with any needs. We got upgraded to bungalow suite. Siraj took care of us all week. Let me tell you about siraj. Husband and I travel throughout country and international few times and always try and stay at marriotts. Siraj was top notch on services. He was kind, efficient and always had smile on his face. He went above and beyond on every little task / detail he completed. We were blown away. He decorated our room for our wedding and made it so special. Room was cleaned thoroughly every day and multiple times a day even. Checked up on our needs also. 5 stars all the way. Elvira took care of our wedding planning and details. Again, she was fantastic. There were hiccups as wedding planning has and Elvira handled them (which was no one’s fault btw) gracefully and assured us she would have our wedding plans / ceremony as our wishes and she in fact did. It was super lovely. The food was so and unique at every meal and every restaurant I slept like a full baby every night. I went to gym every morning and gym was always kept clean. I was impressed with the gym. Had more than enough equipment for a great workout. The equipment and machines are not old which makes it nice. Honestly I could go on and on. We purchased magical wish package and it was worth the money. Hair / makeup done for me on my wedding day. Even the two gentleman from photography and using drones to take pictures and videos were awesome. I could go on and on. Got massages few times at spa and again best treatments we ever have had at any spa. The hands on those massage therapist are unreal. Beaches are clean and roads around resort are clean and sweet every morning. Culture there is nothing I have seen. I asked resort if they were hiring few times ☺️ highly recommend this resort. Great stay in the Maldives

We had a fantastic time at the Sheraton Maldives for ~5 days. Amenities are impeccable and the staff was delightful. We were impressed by a few things worth noting: -The exceptional breakfast and the quality of the food overall (in particular the seafood evenings with visits of the neighboring sharks) -The quality of the amenities and of the rooms, providing truly a luxury experience conducive to real relaxation -The friendliness and professionalism of the staff, actively remembering your preferences and making sure the guests feel seen. In particular we would like to dedicate a special shout out to Désirée from the operational team, who made sure we had everything we needed at all times (booking restaurants, providing tips and tricks, recommendations + sharing great vibes throughout the stay) - Thank you! First time to the Maldives from our family of three

Sheraton Maldives provides a family-friendly atmosphere for families with young children. The resort is a short 30 mins speedboat ride from the airport and a staff will be waiting for you when you arrive. I was there for 4 nights and the experience was incredible. You can feel the sincerity of the resort staff from arrival to departure. They made sure that everything was according to your comfort. There are plenty of dining places (Mexican/Asian/Mediterranea/Indian) if you are on a full board programme and the buffet dinner changes themes every night with Friday night a local Maldivian cuisine by the sea. We stayed in an overwater villa and the view was incredible, you can jump right off in the sea and snorkel to the reef area. There's plenty of sea activities that you can book with the dive office, we booked a sunset dolphin cruise and we managed to spot some dolphins while on top of a traditional Maldivian dhoni. The staff at the kids activity centre was also friendly and they have different activities everyday like coconut painting, sea shell and hermit crab hunting. We also requested a floating breakfast on our last day here. Special mention to Abdulla for spotting us at the airport and handling our luggages, the dining staff at Feast for always accommodating to our requests during breakfast and dinner, Shurafa for always checking in and made sure everything was perfect and helping to schedule our photo session. They went above and beyond to provide us an exceptional service. Highly recommend for families with young kids. Read less
