Split into two sections, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya Heaven is a partly adults-only oasis offering luxurious accommodation, four pools, four restaurants and endless water activities. There’s also the Hard Rock golf course (20 minutes away) and you’ve got easy access to it as well as preferential tee times. Plus staying at the Heaven section, you will have full access to the facilities within the family friendly Hacienda section, giving you even more dining options and pools to enjoy. An All Inclusive resort, its top-shelf all the way at the Hard Rock — there isn’t anything you’ll be denied. After a busy day (and night) your room is your sanctuary. There’s a whole variety to choose from but one thing’s for sure, you’ll have space to stretch out in plus a well-stocked mini-bar to take advantage of!

In the heart of the Riviera Maya, this is section of the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is mostly adults-only, with some select facilities open to families. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 1 hour 10 minutes.

This is my second time at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya and it did not disappoint! The staff at the pool/ restaurants were amazing. Especially would like to thank our amazing butlers Nacho and Daniel who took great care of us during our stay and ensured everyone in our large group was taken care of! Can’t wait to go back soon!

From the beginning to the end, Daniela and Nacho took care of us (16 ladies). The ceviche was delicious . The drinks were awesome! I highly recommend this boat!

Everyone was so friendly. Food on the adult side is phenomenal. Everyone remembers your name and shows you such a great time. We ate breakfast every morning, and Elizabeth served us. She always remembered my iced coffee and served us with a big smile. Thank you, to all the staff for making it a great vacation.

Visited Rock spa at hard rock , Rivera maya, cancun, Mexico. The service offered was excellent. Had aromatherapy and the staff was awesome ( Therapist - Antonia, valet - Jasmin). The music was very calming and soothing . Really relaxing experience.

Super awesome place with the warm hospitality of the best of Mexico. Edgar and Nacho were super helpful and friendly and went out of there way to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed.
