The hotel

Where is it

The hotel's excellent Jumeirah Beach location means that plenty of water sports are on offer including kayaking and water-skiing. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 30 minutes.

All rooms have floor to ceiling windows offering views of the Arabian Gulf and the majestic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, air-conditioning, interactive HD LCD TV, WiFi access, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, mini-bar*, bathroom amenities, iron and ironing board, separate walk-in shower and bath, and hairdryer. Ocean Deluxe Rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Transport is not included.

Ocean Deluxe Balcony Rooms are the same as Ocean Deluxe Rooms, but with the addition of a balcony, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Ocean Family Deluxe Rooms have 1 king-size bed, plus two fold out beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Ocean Club Rooms have 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

One-Bedroom Ocean Suites include club benefits, and feature a separate bedroom with 1 king-size bed and living room with sea views, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Two-Bedroom Deluxe Suites include club benefits, and feature a separate living room, and 2 bedrooms with 1 king-size bed and 2 twin beds. This suite can sleep 5 adults, or 4 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Family Garden Suites include club benefits, and are located on the ground floor with direct access to the outdoor pool, featuring 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Hotel is good, location nice and very friendly staff! I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel but some of the other guests were very rude to staff and didn’t treat them right and were not behaving at all ( no manners). I don’t like to be surrounded by people like that. The hotel is child friendly and is big but it spreads well. Had to change rooms to a higher level due to an event on the event lawn. The cleaning staff Sayed and Mahmudun from floor 22 and all the ones from floor 8 were so nice ( these are floors I stayed at). Also the restaurant staff in the morning and the beach staff (Urmut). Unfortunately I cannot remember all the names. Read less

We had a post Easter break for 8 nights with my wife's parents and it was amazing as ever. The rooms were situated close by each other and provided great view of Burj Al Arab. We had a post Easter break for 8 nights with my wife's parents and it was amazing as ever. The rooms were situated close by each other and provided great view of Burj Al Arab. Buggies were plentiful to get around, which was helpful to save our elders legs getting to and from restaurants and executive pool. Paulo, buggy driver was vey chatty and great driver. Raushan in the executive club, made us all feel so welcome and made the happy hour evening something to really look forward too. The two Ladies behind the bar in the Executive Pool were amazing, big smiles and excellent service. they are great additions to an already well organised excellent team, especially 'Paul'(dont think thats his real name). Ismail who looked after us on the sun loungers couldn't do enough for us and is one of the best guys we have ever had looking after us, which is credit to Georjay and the team for picking and training him. Overall a great holiday with great experiences. Some feedback, but not complaints. Clash of music between Nuska and Verde is off putting when in Nuska. Nuska service improved considerably from last year. Bastion and mix of Asian and French food a little strange and not the best service up there. Rockfish with the trio band seranading whilst you have dinner, Amazing. Read less

everything is good as always, this is not the first year in this hotel, we will come again with the whole family. the rooms are always clean, cleaning twice a day, the staff is polite, on the beach they will find a place for you and lay out a towel, you don’t need to carry it with you

One of the most beautiful place that I have ever seen in the entire world…and if I should say something about people, what of the best from here is Imran, a nice person who pay attention to every single detail and is always there for you. I hope I will come back soon and meet this amazing person again.

The rooms are nice, cleaning is good. Perfect sea, very helpful staff at the beach. Waiter Sulthan and towel guy Selim alway remembered our preferences and did their best to make our holiday perfect! Looking forward to visiting that place again!
