Where is it

Set on its own 900m stretch of private shoreline, on Jumeirah Beach, alongside Dubai Marina and a 5-minute walk to Marina Walk and JBR walk. Emirates Golf Club and The Montgomerie golf course are a short drive away. Walkable distance from the newly built Mina Seyahi tram station. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

First time at this hotel in Dubai and had a great time. The hotel is lovely and full of character. The hotel is in a great position in its own grounds with pools, lawn and beach areas. There are various restaurants on site including Asian, Italian,Steak House and one called Minas Kitchen where you have breakfast and evening buffet style meals. In this restaraunt there are various theme nights to which you have to pay a drinks supplement,basically you can't eat in here on these nights unless you pay the supplement which is for drinks including water even if you have already paid for half board and water is included in half board so it did not make sense to us why you could not have the choice not to pay for the drinks package,this drinks package meant you could drink as much as you wanted until the restaraunt closed but we would only of had one drink and the charge on one night was 60 AED each. The food in the restaurant was fine but sometimes cold and chicken overcooked. The hotel is very clean and the staff work hard to keep it's standards up.The pool staff are particularly helpful and attentive and you get a bottle of cold water. The rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard and the staff are very polite who do this. Plus you get plenty of bottled water in your room which us a plus.If you need a taxi the staff on the entrance door are happy to sort that out for you. In all I would recommend staying at this hotel there is plenty of choice of things to do in the hotel including a small waterpark next door for children. The staff make this hotel as they are all friendly and helpful. We would definitely make a return visit as we enjoyed our stay. Read less

We had an excellent stay. The whole family enjoyed the vacation. The customer service was on point. Everyone was helpful. The brunch, amenities and water park were quite good. The room was comfortable and the views were great. It was a perfect family vacation.

Relaxing stay in Dubai The westin isn’t a cheap hotel, the brand is known for its luxury and this hotel in Dubai lives up to its name. From the moment I arrived until I left the service was amazing, attention to detail, friendly, I could go on. What the staff are very good at is remembering the guests, from my 2nd day at breakfast the staff knew where weI liked to sit . Down at the beach they remembered I always wanted the same sun beds.These things might seem small but that level of attention is also why you pay these prices. I also saw how they dealt with other guests and their requests, again nothing was too much. I came for 7 days of relaxation for a special birthday The rooms are large and spacious, extremely quiet, sun beds were always available. I liked that bottles of water in a cooler were provided when you used a sun bed and they never skimped on towels. special mention to a couple of outstanding members of staff wisdom down at bussola mare on the beach ,and deepak in security an old friend from previous visits .To many outstanding members of staff to mention you all.
