Standard Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Harbour View Rooms enjoy beautiful views, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Harbour View Corner Rooms are larger in size and offer panoramic views, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people. 

Partial Beach View Rooms have either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

High Floor Harbour View Rooms offer enhanced views, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

The hotel was nicely laid out and the room was clean and comfortable. (Though one bed could probably use a new mattress). Staff was very attentive.

great hotel stayed here 2-3 times before so i liked the location close to everything easy to get on off the motorway and super clean and tidy

Coffee bar staff was rude, and the hotel charges an additional $30 charge for a “destination fee” when I looked it up, it’s for “food” and “beverages” in the rooms. I didn’t order room service or touch a mini bar. Still got charged $30 usd :( I will not be using Hyatt again.

I was there for a conference and have to say it was the best meals I have ever had at a conference. I was fortunate enough to have the bay view, which was beautiful. Room cleanliness could be improved, and there needs to be some stronger attention to the car park regarding homelessness and cleanliness. Sad that this is such a challenge in California, and don't fault them for the indianite behavior of homeless defecating in the car park. Read less

Customer service is terrible. That's not what I expected. The location is very nice but not worth it
