What a position So close to parks with shuttle service available Room is huge with two double beds Nice clean bathrooom Staff friendly and helpful Restaurant and Cafes on site and not much close by This is due to location to Disneyland Would recommend to all

If terrible had a twin brother it would be the Majestic. Beautiful on the outside, beautiful on the inside. Great staff, terrible rooms. You shouldnt have to choose between plugging a clock in or charging your phone on the other side of the room. Hotel can't do anything about noisy kids so expect it since its close to disneyland. You shouldnt have to choose between plugging a clock in or charging your phone on the other side of the room. Hotel can't do anything about noisy kids so expect it since its close to disneyland. But the paper thin walls and ceiling was the last straw. We checked in and out in 90 minutes. You can hear every concersation, every footstep, every drawer or door opened and closed in the room next to you. Stay somewhere else. Read less

We stayed 3 nights at Anaheim majestic for 2 days at Disneyland in a family suite with castle bunk beds for the kids. Price was outstanding (compared to staying at Disney) and free/convenient shuttle makes it the very next best thing. Booked via Expedia and was given free parking for length of our stay too. Kids absolutely loved the castle bed and room was very spacious. The kids also loved the hotel grounds with the arcade, courtyard/wildlife and pool. Deli on site was convenient also. Only real complaint (similar to others) was the housekeeping or lack thereof- a lot of dust/filth and even leftover toys beneath furniture. I know it is hard to find/keep staff in that department these days but some improvements in that area would make this place quite outstanding! Read less

Right when we arrived and checked in at the front, none of the employees looked at us, spoke to us, smiled, or wanted to help us. We traveled from out of state and our little ones stroller broke. We asked for a screw driver to fix it and they were upset we asked. We ate at the restaurant and once we received our food, we never saw anyone again.… Read more

We asked for a screw driver to fix it and they were upset we asked. We ate at the restaurant and once we received our food, we never saw anyone again. Not one single time did anyone check on us. No one even brought us our check. We had to go to the front desk of the hotel and ask if they could get someone in the restaurant to bring it to us. Now I wish we had just left without paying. This hotel has awful service. I truly don't know how they are still operating. I complained to them and they didn't care. You would think they would have offered a refund or a free stay next time to make up for it. This is really sad, especially since they are representing Disney. Read less

Horrible experience at this hotel. We had roaches in our room (3156) the night that we saw the first roaches we killed one and brought it to the front desk spoke to a gentleman named Johnny. Horrible experience at this hotel. We had roaches in our room (3156) the night that we saw the first roaches we killed one and brought it to the front desk spoke to a gentleman named Johnny. He tried to offer a breakfast voucher however, we are not interested in eating in the hotel once we see roaches. The of check out We bring down more roaches in a cup and at this point we would like to be compensated for the two nights that we saw roaches in the room. A young lady at the front desk said she would her supervisor. Rocio comes and says we tured down the breakfast voucher, so there was nothing that she could do. I said well. Hey we have the roaches in the cup for you to see, and we did stay here so compensating two nights where we saw roaches is more than sufficient. She offered $50 off I said no thank you and I would like to speak to a manager she said there's no manager not even a manager on duty for the entire hotel. I stated told her specifically i did not agree to $50 off. Rocio saya ok and she would adjust what she needed to, she then asked to verify the card and then she asked did I want a receipt. I looked at the receipt and she adjusted the $50 and not the two nights and basically she lied. I'm extremely unhappy with this experience there's no manager on duty it has been over 30 mins and still no manager has come. I can't believe that we presented the roaches that we keep finding in the room and there's nothing that anyone can do. In addition I also alerted Rocio that we received multiple bug bites during the stay and that the room more than likely needed to be sprayed. It was just a horrible experience all around and Rocio was rude and does not have good customer service. *Alessandra is amazing she has amazing customer service and went out of her way to try to help as much as she could although Rocio left her to try to help everyone by herself. *A hour after searching for someone with out the help of Rocio, Alessandra was able to locate Cindy Smith (MOD) who was very helpful well as much as she could be for the present situation.
