Harveys refused to a basic disability accommodation and violated the ADA. Avoid this hotel if you have a disability. Staff were extremely rude hid behind hotel policies. The staff made unpleasant derogatory comments about disability and they were ableist in their approach. Clearly they have not had any ADA training.

We enjoyed our recent two night stay at this property. The room was large with a sizeable bathroom. Comfortable bed with quality linens and towels. Great location for checking out the area with Heavenly Village a short walk. Will recommend to others.

Do not stay at this hotel ever. They are braking in rooms while your in there and management and security did nothing like they were in on it. Possible trafficking going on. Boycott this hotel and protect your selves
