This is a great hotel. The front desk staff are all friendly and very helpful. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. We stay here every time we head to the Cape. They are very helpful with suggestions to help make your stay more enjoyable.

Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from but this two day unexpected stay has been great, clean room comfortable bed and a shower you could drown in, detected no funny smells others reported, friendly staff, good breakfast and you can walk downtown in 10 minutes, but there are a couple places to eat close by, across from the airport.

The hotel is old and dated, carpet stinks. People who own and run the hotel are liars. Had to chage rooms 3 times in 3 days. On the second day they did not clean the room, when asked at the front desk I was told that I had to request, so they changed the room to a clean room, so it got me thinking that if you are a guest you dont get the same… Read more

Image of the Tripadvisor rating A very disappointing facility for the price. There are better places to stay in Hyannis.

This property is run down and overpriced. We checked in and immediately checked out to move to the Marriot Courtyard down the road after seeing the overall condition of the hotel and the room. It is a much more comfortable hotel at the same price point. The location is on a busy road across from Hyannis Airport. The windows are small, and the view out the back was of a parking lot and road. The hotel interior felt damp, and the room air conditioning was set very cold (perhaps to conceal smells). The windows are small, and the room has a closed in feel. The room appeared to be clean, but the furniture and fixtures are old and run down. The bed linens were not fresh. Friends complained of rockng toilets and a leaking faucet in their room. So, this facilty is not the clean, comfortable building that you find at a normal Hilton Doubletree. I know the standard well, as I am a Hhonors Gold member that stays in 5+ Hilton properties every year. We were very disappointed to have to move after an 8 hour drive to the Cape. The quality of the facility is one expects in a Comfort Inn or Travel Lodge and is not up to the premium price we were charged. We came for a wedding: a 4 day stay in 2 rooms. Upon arrival, we checked into the room and left immediately to see what could be found at other hotels. We moved to the Marriott Courtyard down the road, which is the hotel this one represents itself to be. We asked the desk agent if we would be charged for the rooms, and he said that he could not do that. He suggested that we contact the manager who only on site for an hour or two in the morning. I have called that manager Ahmed Shahin three times, and all the calls went to voicemail. He has yet to return my call. The absence of a manager onsite is is a new experience for me at a Hilton property. To rub salt in the wound, we were charged the $450 + tax room rate prevailing when we booked the reservation a year ago and not the $323 walk up room rate prevailing this year. This is the first time we have had to complain about the treatment we have received at a Hilton property, and it is very disappointing. Read less
