This hotel is a very popular addition to the Hilton family, with state-of-the-art amenities, superb guest rooms and, a great location in the city's stylish fashion district of Chelsea, just south of Times Square and considered the new midtown. We had a complicated reservation for a large family and Terrence C was a champ. He took the time to find the best options for us to make our stay wonderful. It made all the difference after a long day of travel. The rooms were clean and very nice. Thank you!

Decent hotel in a great location. The hotel is a bit threadbare but clean. We were with 4 adults and had 1 king room and one room with 2 queen beds and stayed for 1 week. Terrible. We had booked two nights but left after one night. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful- seemed disinterested in the guests and unhappy. The double queen room was tiny and barely accommodated our family (2 adults and 2 kids). The location is terrible - super busy neighborhood and not a good spot for families with kids.… Read more

The only bright spot was the folks that worked in the breakfast area -kind and helpful. We moved to the Marriott on 59th and were much happier. Dont stay here. I’m sorry we even wasted one night. I spent four nights at this hotel and I must applaud their associates, particularly Kim T and the gentlemen who assisted with my luggage and all my needs. They were so welcoming and knowledgeable. They ensured all my questions were answered and that I was ckear with their instructions. Beautiful individuals. Even though this establishment is in an older building, I was very comfortable wit/h my room. My room was spacious, very clean, well kept, and had a large tv set with premiums channels, refrigerator, microwave, and complimentary coffee brewer. My only disappointment was the absence of an operational resturant serving hot breakfast, etc., although a continental breakfast (cold) was available in the a.m. only. On another note, the train/subway # 1) is a half block away. This #1 takes you through the city from lower to upper Manhatten and it is a life saver. I will def return! Read less

I liked everything! The hotel is clean and comfortable! I would especially like to thank Terrence Conseillant for his friendliness, help and politeness! Immediately greeted with a smile and prompted any questions! I will be back here again!
