Where is it

Situated close to Dupont Circle, within walking distance of Georgetown, Foggy Bottom and the DC Metro, to take you further afield. Transfer time from Washington Dulles International Airport: 45 minutes.

355 rooms on 9 floors. All of which are air-conditioned and have 65" smart TV, complimentary WiFi access, mini-bar*, tea/coffee maker, safe, and bathroom amenities. 

Standard Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 1 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Premium Rooms are slightly larger in size and offer city or courtyard views, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Suites offer city or courtyard views and feature a separate living room with sofa bed, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Mercy Me (South American restaurant serving dinner and drinks, with evening happy hour). Call Your Mother (serving deli classics with a twist for breakfast and lunch). Room service*. Fitness centre. Laundry/dry-cleaning service*. Concierge. Complimentary WiFi. Valet parking $65 plus tax, per day (payable locally, subject to change).

overall nice, hip and fancy place - rooms have a good size and are fully equipped, bed very comfortable, high quality shower gel and lotions. Check-in and out very smooth and front desk employee professional and friendly , gym not to big, but all you need is available

There was a fire alarm at 2am and there wasn’t much communication about that and check in/out seemed to be missing some small steps (only received 2 breakfast cards instead of 3 for my 3 mornings, haven’t received my… Read more

Some aspects did not live up to the 4-star rating. The fitness center looked a little worse for wear; an electrical issue caused the fire alarm at 2 am and numerous rooms were left without power; the loud music from the lobby traveled up and into the rooms throughout the night. I'd recommend asking for a room on a higher floor to mitigate. Read less

The Washington mall is walkable or a short Uber ride. It takes 25min to walk to the Lincoln memorial and 22 min to The White House, and the fabulous… Read more
We stayed here on a city break and have been so thrilled with our hotel choice. The location is excellent with amazing places to eat on your doorstep, notably Call Your Mother, Rasika and Tatte. The Washington mall is walkable or a short Uber ride. It takes 25min to walk to the Lincoln memorial and 22 min to The White House, and the fabulous neighbourhood of Georgetown is also really close by. The hotel is modern and cool without being pretentious or OTT and has a great vibe. Rooms (we were 541) are spacious with concrete floors and a great power shower though the water pressure in the sink was not great. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Read less

However, what was not communicated in the email when we booked the visit was that parking the car would be subject to a $65 overnight charge. However, what was not communicated in the email when we booked the visit was that parking the car would be subject to a $65 overnight charge. That came as a little bit of a shock when we first pulled in, especially given the parking situation across all of DC. Also, given the amount we were paying per night, plus the parking that we were also paying for, they only gave a $15 credit to the room for something to have at the bar, while most things cost over $15. We couldn't use that towards the parking either. But, the room was nice, bathroom was clean, and for the 3 days we spent, it was great. Would recommend, but be wary of the "Ala Carte" nature of some of their amenities. Read less
