Stayed here for 1 night, it is a huge hotel. Felt very welcome though, lots going on. Was given the choice of 2 rooms - and their locations explained. Wifi not available in all rooms so it was a slightly nicer view or better wifi. Hoping they can improve on this soon as I was expecting more from a big well-known city hotel ! We can't check in as if you don't have reservation. Need to book online or use the hotel house phone to have the reservation done.

We were booked here for 3 nights as part of a tour package. It feels more of a business hotel, however, rooms clean and tidy with tea and coffee facilities. We wouldn't have picked ourselves due to its location. A little far out if you don't use public transport.

Nice hotel. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Fixed an issue we had with the safe quickly. Just needed new batteries. Easy to get to from the airport. The UP train is very easy to use. However, a taxi for the short journey from Union Station to the hotel cost us $25. The taxi to take us back to Union Station wanted $60! Finally accepted $20 after a bit of bartering. Beware! Check in and check out very easy. We were directed to a particular set of elevators which were very quick and smooth. We were on the 20th floor and these bypassed the lower floors. Very efficient. Room was comfortable but could use another bedside table. Cleaned everyday, kept immaculate. The tea/coffee facilities were disposable cups and individual packages with sugar, stirrers etc in. Seemed wasteful so we bought mugs from IKEA (just across the street) and a small carton of half and half. Shops, malls and restaurants can sometimes be tricky to find the entryway and requires a bit of attention. Hotel is within walking distance of many tourist areas. We even walked to Casa Loma. Lots of eateries in the surrounding area. Lots of construction in the immediate area. Our room was facing the construction which started at 07.00 prompt. Didn’t bother us, because we don’t sleep late. Booked a day trip to Niagara Falls at the concierge desk. Ali was very helpful. Trip was good. Steve was our guide and bus driver. He provided us with lots of information about Toronto and the areas we passed through. You don’t get a lot of time at the stops, but we did have time to do the boat trip. Highly recommend doing that. Definitely a bucket list item. Read less
