Signature Rooms are newly refurbished, with city or river views, and either 1 queen-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Deluxe Rooms are equipped with a private balcony offering city or river view rooms, with either 1 queen-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Signature Studio Rooms are recently renevated, and are larger in size with a seating area, and 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Family Rooms are equipped with a private balcony offering city or river view rooms, with 1 large double bed and an extra single bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Executive Rooms include access to the Club Lounge which offers complimentary daily buffet breakfast, all-day tea and coffee, soft drinks and snacks, complimentary evening cocktails, and complimentary laundry or pressing service.

Princess Terrace (authentic Penang delicacies, open for lunch and dinner). Tien Court Restaurant (oriental restaurant, open for lunch and dinner). Connections Lounge (open for drinks and light bites, with live sports, regular music and pool table).

I travelled with my family and my stay at the hotel was for 4 nights. The staff is superb and service also awsome. I was provided room upgrade on request as i had bathroom fitting issue in my room allotted.

When I checked out they charged my credit card NZD $2916.83. This was accidentally done and in my opinion should have not happened at all. $ ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ $ I stayed here at Copthorne Kings Hotel in Singapore back in early March and my room was pre paid naturally through my travel agent. When I checked out they charged my credit card NZD $2916.83. This was accidentally done and in my opinion should have not happened at all. They did apologise when I discovered the transaction on my card and rang when I got back home to New Zealand. They did inform me that my room had been prepaid prior to my stay. It took nearly a week to be refunded and to top it off they were short by NZD $77. They tried to tell me the $77 was a difference in the exchange rate then they proceeded to say it was bank fees. I checked with my bank and they informed me that was not the case. I have travelled a lot of my life to different countries around the world and I have never had this happened to me before. So be very careful when you check out of this Hotel. My room was just ok. The bathroom had a shower over the bath and was very slippery. They did have a warning sticker on the bathroom mirror. Minus - I hope and believe that employees will be trained about how to approach to their guests with hospitality especially receptionists and restaurants employees. Plus - hotel is so close to riverside area, has a pool and gym saloon, daily housekeeping is available.

Avoid the 02 series rooms. These are the 202,302,402… series rooms. They tend to be small. You will struggle to keep your luggage. If you are traveling as a family, this is a must avoid series. I also found the front desk lady to be rude. Especially if you are asking about whether your room is ready to check in
