Simply the best service. Minor hick up at check in, solved by the front desk manager. Amazing bar service and great Pool staffs. Loved the Polyphone in the room. Housekeeping is phenomenal. Room service staffs were fantastic. Happy to be a regular guess here.

Amazing comfort and quiet. And throughout our stay, service from every person we encountered was just brilliant. It's a modern hotel with discreet and elegant furnishings (lots of dark wood finishes) and in a good location for the waterfront and the city centre. We go to Vancouver regularly and on our next visit we will stay here again, no hesitation. Read less

This hotel has everything that you would expect from a Fairmont property and more. Booked a corner suite on the 17th floor and the room was incredible. The views across the city and harbor are fantastic. The staff service all the way around was impeccable. One of our best hotel stays ever.

What a fabulous hotel. All the staff are incredibly helpful, kind , polite and friendly. Our suite was beautiful and we loved the iPad by the bed that had everything on it.
