Grand Room Downtown City View (39 sqm) have views of Dubai's skyline, with 1 king-size bed or 2 single beds (1 extra bed provided), sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.

Half-Board option: includes lunch or dinner at The Collective by Market Café restaurant (International buffet). For any other outlet at Grand Hyatt Dubai there is a set menu that can be consumed in any of the following 7 outlets: Andiamo, Panini, Sushi, Peppercrab, Wox, iZ, Awtar.   

Half Board Dine Around option: includes lunch or dinner at The Collective by Market Café restaurant (International buffet). For any other outlet at Grand Hyatt Dubai, there is a set menu that can be consumed in any of the following 6 outlets: Andiamo, Panini, Wox, iZ, Tiger Jax and Primi by Panini.

Creek View Family Rooms (44 sqm) with views of Dubai Creek and parklands, with 1 king-size bed or 2 single beds (2 extra bed provided for children, chargeable for adults), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 

Resort Room Downtown View (39 sqm) with 1 king-size bed or 2 single beds (1 extra bed provided for children), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.  

Resort Family Rooms (44 sqm) have views of Dubai Creek with 1 king-size bed or 2 single beds (2 extra beds provided for children), sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.  

Grand Deluxe Suites are larger and also offer resort benefits* with 2 king-size beds (2 extra beds provided for children, chargeable for adults), sleeping maximum 4 adults and 2 children.  

Grand Suites have a separate bedroom and living area and offer resort benefits* with 1 king-size bed (2 extra beds provided for children, chargeable for adults), sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.

Once again all round excellent in every category. In Dubai I will always stay here if it is my choice, I stay or visit many quality hotels around the world and this is reliably one of if not the best. As soon as I walk into that towering, forested, cool, marble clad lobby I immediately start to relax, always there is a warm welcome. The time was 7.00 am, and I was stressed after an unusual airport failure and was suddenly needing somewhere to stay another night, I was a walk-in, with no booking but was warmly greeted and within ten minutes I was found a room, available and ready plus two complimentary breakfasts! Everything worked in the room (623), the garden view very pleasant and the breakfasts superb, without fail pleasant and helpful staff, congratulations, Uhmm have to say though, as someone has already mentioned, the peacocks are a mistake, that many birds in that small space should not be allowed, from high level human pampering to animal cruelty, it jars the senses, please get rid of that blot. I had to stay in Dubai for one night for business and chose the Grand Hyatt as it’s the most affordable five star hotel near the airport. When I arrived the staff were instantly welcoming and I got a free room upgrade for the night and a late checkout for no additional cost. I arrived at 4am and was leaving at 11pm so the receptionist extended my checkout until 2pm so I had more time to sleep and refresh, and said I was of course welcome to use the hotel facilities such as the pool until I left for the airport. At breakfast they had a great selection of food including a crepe making station, waffles, eggs, bread pudding as well as the usual pastries, ham and cheese etc. Every member of staff that passed my table asked if the food was ok and if I was enjoying my stay and you could tell they take pride in their job. I told one man that I would be leaving tonight and he was so shocked and said next time I’ll have to stay longer, even just four days to fully appreciate the whole hotel. He came back a few minutes later with a Bon Voyage cake and a card from Claris, Sri, Manoj, Surbi, Aira and Kajol which said “see you soon” I would 100% recommend purely for the absolutely fantastic service. The beds are also really comfortable, everywhere is spotlessly clean and it felt so safe. Read less

Grand Hyatt Dubai couldn’t provide the room that I booked and confirmed a week before our arrival date. I made the reservation through Booking.com so I tried to notify them but they failed to reply any of my message. During my stay I came across others who were having the same issue with the rooms so it must be a norm for the hotel.

Facilities including gym, spa, dining/food were excellent. Attention to detail by staff and managers interaction to resolve minor issues were dealt with efficiently and courtesly.
