The Venetian Resort Las Vegas

The Strip, Las Vegas

Virgin rating

The hotel

Las Vegas excels at delivering the impossible in wonderful ways. Where else can you touch down in the Mojave desert and, within 15 minutes, find yourself being serenaded on a gondola ride to St Mark’s Square? A magnificent greatest hits of Venice’s architecture and canals located in the middle of The Strip, the all-suite Venetian is probably the most romantic hotel in Vegas, so let yourself be seduced. Wonder how you ever managed to stay in anything smaller than a suite before, enjoy a meal from one of the Michelin-starred restaurants, walk hand in hand down the Grand Canal shopping esplanade or party the night away in one of the many bars and nightclubs.

This is the first time I've stayed at The Venetian Resort. The place is amazing. It's like a city within itself. Anything and everything you could hope for sleeping, dining and gaming. I look forward to making The Venetian my "go to" Las Vegas resort.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff, beautiful suite, comfortable beds, loved the pool deck and restaurant selection. Oh, and everything was exceptionally clean. Stayed in the Palazzo tower and highly recommend. Will definitely book back here next time we are in Vegas

Great hotel and casino, the room was exceptional and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We had a great view of the strip and having multiple televisions throughout the room was nice.

We’ve stayed here 8 times and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We usually stay on weekdays between November and February when the casino isn’t as crowded and the weather is cooler, but our most recent visit was in May. Every room is a spacious suite with a large bathroom, and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The front desk staff has always been cordial and helpful, and the resort includes over 40 restaurants and a shopping mall. There are actually 2 casinos; one is at the main Venetian property and the other is at the Palazzo tower. You can spend all day walking back and forth to each casino, shopping and dining along the way. It’s also at a great location on the strip and is within walking distance to the Wynn, Paris, Caesar’s, etc. It’s NOT a budget hotel, but we think the service, amenities, location, and atmosphere are worth the cost. The only negative experience we ever had was when we stayed there on a weekend in May, when the TAO Day Club (massive pool party with a DJ) was open. We were having a great time at the casino until the drunk, nearly-naked day club partiers started wandering through the casino and made it feel like Spring Break. It was pretty gross and was exactly the opposite of the “elegant” atmosphere that the Venetian tries to convey. Thankfully, the partiers disappeared by Sunday afternoon, and now we’ll avoid staying there on a summer weekend. Read less

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Venetian for three nights. The rooms are so spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The only reason we stayed here is because we got such a stellar deal, which made it worthwhile but I definitely would not pay the inflated price they normally charge. The pools were crowded but overall clean and decent. The one thing I wished is that the hotel was more central strip, but other than that a pleasant stay. Ive stayed a few other places and the rooms here are definitely the selling point. If the price is right you wont be disappointed! Read less
