Really enjoyed our visit at Pumba and would highly recommend it to anyone. The chalets are very high quality, full of amenities and a fridge full of complementary drinks. Two game rides per day . You are allocated a ranger for the duration of the trip. I would recommend to the hotel that guests are given the option to change their assigned ranger after the first day. It is clear that some are much better than others . Monkeys running around the hotel are very funny but remember to lock your doors as they like to explore . We will be back Read less

We recently enjoyed the most fabulous 3 nights at the Water Lodge. Our ranger Brendan was an absolute star, quietly spoken, passionate and hugely knowledgeable. He made our safaris even more special. So many animals, birds, flora and forna. We even stopped for drinks and nibbles. Who can beat a G&T of an evening in the African bush! The accomodation is of the highest quality. The rooms overlook a watering hole. We saw hippos, elephants, warthogs, impalas from the comfort of our balcony to name but a few! The meals in the restaurant are of excellent quality. All of the staff we met were extremely pleasant and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to go back if/when we get the chance again. Read less

Absolutely excellent service, coupled with great food and wine, wonderful bed and bathroom and a view to never forget. Love the fireplace and the cherry, the hippos across the lake and the wonderful friendly staff. A night to remember. Will definitely be back.
