The staff from beginning to end were great. We had the romance package because we were celebrating our first anniversary and everything was perfect. We are going to be going back for our next anniversary

Very clean & updated room, very nice bathroom with heated floors which were really nice when walking barefoot and out of the shower. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Horrible. Book elsewhere. The check-in process was unfriendly, not the least bit welcoming, yet extremely lengthy. Horrible. Book elsewhere. The check-in process was unfriendly, not the least bit welcoming, yet extremely lengthy. I’m writing this review from the hotel lobby since they apparently fumbled my room and it’s not ready. This is not how you want to spend your first moments after a long day of international flights. Both employees I’ve interfaced with have been incredibly rude. After a very long wait, one of them basically tossed my key at me without so much as a word of apology or welcome or anything. Is this how Hyatt Regency in Calgary treats international customers? Read less
