Stayed here for 2 nights with my kid. Affordable-ish option for the area, but would not recommend if staying for more than 1-2 nights. The bad: outdated, dank smell throughout hotel and rooms, very loud AC right next to bed, tiny bathroom with zero counter space, mattresses that slump and have no support, sheets smelled like cheese, $35/day… Read more

The bad: outdated, dank smell throughout hotel and rooms, very loud AC right next to bed, tiny bathroom with zero counter space, mattresses that slump and have no support, sheets smelled like cheese, $35/day "amenities fee," no parking, not very clean. After resort fees, still comes to about $200/night. The good: vegan hotel in restaurant & LOCATION. 1 block from Collins, 2 blocks to Fillmore, 1 block to Lincoln Road, easy access to shopping and great restaurants. Read less

Hands down, this was the best place to stay! Not only are the rooms affordable, I’m able to enjoy my vacation without being financially strapped for cash. If you need anything at all, please ask Paula on 2nd shift. She does a great job & will provide as much detail as possible. Thanks again to Paula & the staff for making my stay incredible!

Was extremely disappointed. The website advertises totally different rooms. It is false advertising and very misleading. We were on the 3rd floor and none of the rooms have been renovated. I only gave it a 1 star due to its good location, otherwise I would have given it a zero! We had room 313 which has a terrible sloppy paint job, a rotting… Read more

I only gave it a 1 star due to its good location, otherwise I would have given it a zero! We had room 313 which has a terrible sloppy paint job, a rotting bathroom door frame, a huge glob of cement on the shower handle, the shower was so small you could barely move, but worst of all there is no mattress cover! The fitted sheet was directly on the bare mattress! Totally unacceptable and unsanitary!! I spoke to the lovely girl at the desk and she was unable to give us a different room- one that may have resembled the website! The hotel was full so she couldn’t accommodate us. Upon my request, she did give me a flat sheet to at least cover the mattress. Emailed the manager and they didn’t have the courtesy to even respond. Don’t go there unless you are put on the renovated 2nd floor! The 3rd floor is awful!! Read less

AVOID THIS DUMP! Shame on Agoda for pushing this on their website. Totalled $200/night for the yuckiest place. Just check the pictures I took - totally misleading pictures they place on the website - Agoda or the hotels! Feels like theft, false advertising and I feel cheated! Dirty, stick carpet, itchy bed, dingy peeling paint, carpet tearing up,… Read more

One week later, out of nowhere they sent me an email saying the card was declined and instantly canceled my reservation without giving me the chance to change the payment method! I had no idea the payment did not go through and when I called, they told me they had indeed cancelled the reservation and I would now have to pay the normal rate. WORST customer service EVER. It is not worth it to go through the struggle, find another hotel! Read less
