Great service, wonderful rooms and close to everything. The beds were very comfortable the bathroom, although small, was the best utilized space I’ve ever seen in a hotel bathroom. I like that the windows are big and open to fresh outside air. The only concern would be that the windows have no screens. Otherwise the rooms were great!!

I checked around, when I got into the washroom, I realized that is where the smell was coming from. The drain is rusted and covered with green and mildew, and the plug is brown colour, the soap dish is also rusted with green. The door, the light, the sink underneath are all rusted. I did talk to the front desk the first day, she said she will send maintenance, they never did come. We paid $200 a night for this smelly disgusting hotel, I would not go back or suggest anyone stay there. Read less

Travelling solo, and I’m glad I’m staying at The Crest (vs elsewhere in Prince Rupert). Great harbour view from my room, and the window seat with hotel supplied binoculars 👍and spot to check out what’s happening in the harbour (and overlooks the cruise ship terminal too). Overall, the hotel is nice, comfy beds, friendly staff, and convenient location near Cow Bay, where there’s a nice selection of little shops and restaurants (5-10 minute walk away). The pub and restaurant on site offer beautiful views and a great selection of choices...and tasty food too! Only complaint with my room is that it’s easy to hear conversations (and snoring!) from the neighbouring room. Hotel is next to the casino, across the street from Safeway (which has a Starbucks on site) and about a block away from the bus depot/airport shuttle drop off/pick up. I would stay here again next time I’m lucky enough to be in Prince Rupert. 🙂 Read less

So I’ve stayed several times at The Crest Hotel the accommodations are lovely , highly suggest getting a harbor view and hope for a sunset !! The lounge is comfy and warm as well as the service ! On this particular visit I decided to have dinner at the restaurant in house as I have had great meals prior to this visit ! I ordered the gyoza appetizer which I found loose and bland even , for my main I ordered the 12 oz sterling silver special reserve NY strip ! Unfortunately this was brought to my table medium well not medium rare as ordered ! I brought this up with my server who quickly took my dish away and the cook fired a new one this time he missed the mark again serving me yet another medium well steak !! Well medium well I guess it is so I ate a piece of meat that was hardly edible at a cost of 38.25 hmm ! Next time in Prince Rupert I will be Dinning else where Read less

Super interesting panoramic view of the bay including eagles, ships, sea lions and whales. Short walk down to pubs and shops in waterfront stroll area.
