We stayed in Club level deluxe ocean suite in the Cove. Great experience, wonderful staff & great amenities on this level. Will definitely go there again! They have an Adults Only pool which is a big plus for couples without children.

We did a family vacation at The Cove at Atlantis in February of 2019, 5 adults and 2 kids aged 9 and 5. The hotel rooms were incredibly luxurious, very spacious, nicely decorated and with fabulous views of the beach/ocean. Probably one of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The WiFi was fast, room service quick and while the hotel was busy and we were there over the Family Day Long weekend, we never had to wait too long for anything (other than Starbucks in the morning....). The pools at the resort are fantastic, and the beach absolutely stunning (the highlight for sure!!). We were usually up fairly early to get a spot, but there seems to be ample chairs and the poolside/beach-side service for food and drinks didn't take too long. Lots of activities for adults and kids on the property. The water slides were fun, and while you had a wait a bit in line to get on, worth the wait! We went to the spa for a massage and it was fantastic; beautiful facilities and the therapist was great. The food at Sip Sip, the poolside restaurant at The Cove was really good, and had a nice atmosphere. All other food was really good, and while we expected it to be expensive (and it was.....) we did eat off the hotel grounds a few nights to get more of the local island culture. Seafood everywhere we ate was delicious, and the Bahamas Mama's were delightful! Making dinner reservations, especially for our group of 7 was recommended and we did for some of the nights to avoid the wait. Overall, I would recommend this resort to anyone, whether old or young....looking for relaxation or fun adventures. Fantastic service, beautifully kept grounds and, again, one of the more beautiful beaches I've been to. Read less

My wife and I have been visiting Atlantis 1-2 times per year for about 13 years. The last 6 years we have only stayed at the Cove. We work hard and when we vacation we want total peace and relaxation. Staying at the Cove you are guaranteed this. First of all, staying at the Cove you can use and relax at the adult pool. Years ago when it was Cain, it was a more party crowd, now that Sip Sip is there the pool atmosphere is very relaxing and private feeling. Second you can use Paradise Beach. Paradise beach is a hidden Gem. We love to lay in the shallow water and watch the fish! The most beautiful sand and beach. Not a crazy crowded beach like the rest of Atlantis. 3rd, and the best part, is the Cove Cabanas. We literally feel like we are the only people on the beach! The Cabana hosts are all amazing, last week we were honored to have Yvette. She was always checking on us and making our experience unforgettable. She even surprised my wife a few days later with a Birthday cake when we dined at Sip Sip. When I say it is our home away from home I mean it! Love the staff, love the Cove! Read less

Great beaches on both sides to walk, snorkel body surf etc. easy transition to Nassau town or other hotels on Paradise Island. Comfortable rooms but most all... AMAZING people! Very helpful and friendly! FUN Sea Glass Bar with great cocktails, bar tenders and wait staff! That Dolly Parton slot machine got the best of me though! The only draw back... the food. Room service, bar food, pool food all left to be desired.... which I guess is a good thing when ones getting in a swim suit next day!;) However The Fish restaurant was quite a groovy experience! Great decor! Cool chandeliers made with shrimp pots and beautiful mermaids on the walls. Delicious fish and Caesar salad! All creatively presented! Read less

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! It looks just like the pictures I saw online. As a Titanium Marriott member I expected a lot more or at least be told that this hotel does not participate in the Marriott program. I called a month prior and a week prior to the trip to verify our stay and Suite nights. As it was my boyfriend’s birthday I requested a bottle of wine to be in the room. I also asked if they offered transportation from the airport. I was all prepared ... and then we got there. In the airport there was a guy holding a sign saying Atlantis and I asked if it was a shuttle service and he said it is but has to be booked in advance so that was frustrating. At the hotel we found out it is not a 21+ hotel and tons of kids under 5 running around and a baby screaming in the room next to us. Even a few staff members said they weren’t sure why there were kids since the hotel is 21+. They said we didn’t have a suite. And there was no bottle of wine in the room. We went to concierge to schedule our activities and they are unable to make any reservations and were told to call them from the room, so what is there purpose. I asked if they could let the restaurant know it was my boyfriend’s birthday to do a dessert or something and was told they need 48-72 hour notice and only offer cakes for 8-10 people. So obviously that wasn’t going to work. That night they brought the welcome gift to the room at 1130pm when we were sleeping which was awkward. Also we found out perks like breakfast are not included at this hotel and I feel like that is something that should be disclosed at booking it when we get there and find out breakfast buffet is $38 a person and not included. If 2 nights will cost 150k points I should know the normal perks of being a titanium member is not included. It’s just frustrating that a place that could be so amazing was tainted by rude staff and frustrations at every turn. I don’t like to feel like a burden to the staff of a hotel where I’m spending thousands of dollars for a weekend. Read less
