We’ve been to hotels all over the world but only Tropikist can make us feel like family. I’m always blown away at how much they go the extra mile to make us happy. The rooms are always clean, the WiFi works throughout the hotel, the pool is amazing and is always kept clean. The breakfast was our favorite meal. I would like to commend everyone at… Read more

I would like to commend everyone at the hotel for everything they do to make this experience possible and we would definitely be staying here again. A shoutout to Mr. Charles as well. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone visiting Tobago to stay here. P.S it’s walking distance from the airport Read less

We have recently returned from a one week holiday here. Most staff very friendly, and will welcome you daily. One of the receptionist was however not at all friendly and she looked miserable most of the time, and we weren’t told about the welcome meeting. The room was clean and big, had a pool view and this was lovely .. Food was my main area of disappointment.. breakfast was ok .. eggs cooked to order .. lunch ok but had the same menu everyday .. burgers, wraps etc and as a vegetarian there was a couple of things on the menu I could choose. Dinner was very basic - chicken , fish and one other meat ..sides were basic rice, chips , potatoes.. very limited vegetables and no vegetarian options.. So i had sides most of the time. I spoke with the chef who said he would try to introduce a veggie option, but at this point an illness appeared to take over some guests and staff.. ( luckily not us) but this meant that food was even more limited. It is concerning that so many staff were ill, yet hand shaking between staff and guests continued .. I only saw one hand alcohol gel, and I think they should be in every eating / drinking point / reception and staff should lead by example and use them. Bar closed at 10 pm but we were aware of this, but drinks were limited. There are no snacks available between meals so more like a full board with drinks rather than all inclusive.. swimming pool made white things green, but we didn’t have a problem getting a sunbed but maybe cause a lot of people were ill...
