Lake Buena Vista Queen View Rooms with a lake view and either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Disney View King Rooms with a view of the Disney Parks and Disney Springs,  with1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Disney View Queen Rooms with a view of the Disney Parks and Disney Springs with 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Oasis Restaurant (Poolside restaurant open 10:00am to 10:00pm), Joffrey’s Coffee Shop (7:00am to 11:00pm), Sundial Café (open 24 hours, offering quick self-service items), Eclipse Lounge (lobby bar serving cocktail and small plates, open from 4.00pm-midnight daily).

Booking the hotel felt like the ultimate bait and switch. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival. The bell service and front desk were awesome. After checking in, we were ushered over to the side where we got “the hard sell” on timeshares - how often we travel to WDW, where we like to stay, etc. At the time, I didn’t understand the need to verify my ID again. WITHOUT MY CONSENT, they ran a credit check on me. They offered some significant discounts if we committed to longer future trips, etc. The lobby is very nice. I’m sure the rooms in the tower are nice. We originally paid for an upgrade to a nicer room with a view. After we resisted their high pressure sales tactics, I believe we were retaliated against by putting us into a room that was not what they advertised. Housekeeping was kind and friendly and he rooms generally clean. Except for the gnats. Maybe it’s the time of the year, but they had a gnat problem. The bar was….different. The bartender went to great lengths to trash Disney. The very place most of their guests visit, the bartender went on a 20 minute rant about Disney and taxes. The bus service was consistent. Although they do make 3-4 stops on the way to the parks. Overall, we had a great trip - because we literally only went to the hotel to sleep. Buyer beware. Read less

Very nice place easy in and out of parks. Great walking distance to downtown Disney. Morning muffins are delicious and the cvs dispenser is a very convenient addition.

Spent a couple nights here during spring break. We had a great time. The pool is large and refreshing with the waterfalls off the rock. We especially love the large bar near the pool with good food options and relatively experienced bartenders. The hot tub however leaves you wishing they’d renovate it. It’s literally leaning to one side; must be sinking not sure. The water level on one side is much more shallow so the jets cause the water to shoot up pretty high which is annoying when you’re trying to relax. The room was very clean and the housekeeper was VERY friendly and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed and would stay again. Read less

Mariana gave us excellent customer service, our kids were happy with her as well, she was so sweet, my little ones were tired and crying once we got there late at night and she gave them a little snack bag that made them happy.
