This is the place to be in Abu Dhabi!! My sister and I spent 4 nights in this beautiful property to celebrate my birthday and I could not had wished for a better stay than in this hotel. During Pre-Arrival I was in contact with a guy called Tintu and he provided excellent service by giving us information about the entire city and the to do points! Thanks to him and his great arrangements, we experienced 2 wonderful trips to Warner Bros and Ferrari World Theme parks. Moreover, we got information about the Mosque and its location and about the palace. As we had a late arrival (5 am) he informed their colleagues about our arrival and at 5 am Mia, the Duty Manager, was politely welcoming us at the counter and showed us the way to the room. Once we entered, unbelievably, the room was decorated in a way I couldn't believe it. My girlfriend was in contact with Avinash from Guest Relations before our arrival and together they arranged a tasty cake, balloons, bottle of wine and personal note from my GF. This was the best surprise I could have wished for! The following day, we were strolling around the lobby and Tintu, great tall guy from India in a suit, recognized us and welcome us from his side to the hotel and we had a wonderful talk. Frequently, throughout the stay, he checked in on us to make sure we had an amazing stay! And what is more to mention is the spa team, we enjoyed a great massage and Esti provided amazing service at the welcome counter with a welcome drink and the 2 masseuse (unfortunately I forgot their names) really did an amazing job and releaved all the tensions. And the best point is that you were not even able to feel it because the ambiance is like you would fall asleep and then you wake up fully rejuvenated. In overall, thank you Conrad Abu Dhabi for providing such an amazing birthday memory, hope to see you soon again! Read less

The quality of the hotel facilities, quality and professionalism of the staff, extremely friendly, welcoming and courteous staff ( from front desk through House keeping, concierge , restaurants, lobby , beach and door teams). The total package makes for a fantastic experience. This is one of the few hotels that I would gladly go back again and stay even longer than a week.
