252 modern rooms and suites with marble bathrooms, walk in rain shower and separate bath tub. All guest rooms and suites enjoy a private balcony, dark wood paneling, marble floors, signature bedding and leather headboards, air-conditioning, TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, refreshment centre, luxury bath amenities and safe. Fairmont View Rooms are located on floors 1-4 and all have sea views of the Arabian Gulf. King rooms with 1 king-size bed sleep maximum 2 adults and 1 child or twin beds are available, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Rooms are located on floors 5–14 and their higher elevation gives them some of the most stunning sea views in the emirate. King rooms with 1 king-size bed sleep maximum 2 adults and 1 child or twin beds are available, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Perfect for families looking for extra space, Family Rooms consist of 2 interconnecting Fairmont View rooms, one room with 1 king-size bed and the second room with twin beds. They can sleep a maximum of 5 people in total, with up to 2 adults and 1 child in the king room and 2 adults or 2 children in the twin room. These rooms enjoy sea views.

Junior Suites have separate living and bedroom areas and a balcony with unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf.

The larger 1-Bedroom Corner Suites come with 1 king-sized bed and a separate living area, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Don’t know where to begin, broken aircon freezing 17 degrees in our room, repairs Several times, in and out with different people, problems with the electricity in our room, strong sewage odor in our room, the safe broke down twice. All reported several times. Was offered to change room first time I reported the first problem, but they said they would fix the aircon and I was happy to stay if that was fixed. The room was very nice after all. Beautiful view and a huge terrace! Well when I totally had it with all problems and the strong sewage odor topped it all off, I finally asked for a new room. Well, now I was told I had been offered a new room and already declined upon the offer. Sorry the hotel is now full. I actually gave up this hotel right then, service is something you should take pride in. A room should have normal temperature approx 20 degrees, not freezing, we should have light in our room, no strong sewage odor and if a safety box is offered, it should be able to open and lock. Important to mention that our room attendants did an outstanding job with keeping our room nice and clean. Thank you so much Dayan and Farman. This complaint is to the management that obviously is not putting pride in running this hotel with a five star service. I can go on, not enough clean glasses or plates at breakfast, we where lucky to get coffee before we had finished breakfast, pool bar staff not attending, empty cups flying around in the pool area, ordered pizza for lunch at the table in the pool restaurant. Got it in a pizza delivery box. Well if I wanted having pizza in a takeaway box I would not have sat down at a table ordering wine at the same time. Dirty towels lying around at the floor in the women’s toilets, toilet paper on the floor. Come an... And one more thing: still awaiting your reply on my question at front desk, by phone and the email I sent regarding my earlier checkout cause of covid-19 and situation with closing boarders in our country. Yes, you probably guessed the issue. I had prepaid our stay... Not a word from the hotel back yet and now 5 days since I checked out. Will I return, yes to Ajman I will return, but not likely to this hotel. Read less

Room ambiance is excellent. Bed is very comfy. I love the foods. The variety is more than enough to satisfy our hunger. All staff are very friendly. I love the lobby. It smells so ellegant.I will be back for sure.

This is my 3rd time visiting Fairmont Ajman, and every time I am amazed with everything about the hotel! I can’t say I’m surprised because that’s what you expect from Fairmont hotels. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean with a fantastic view. I have tried all the restaurants in the hotel and would recommend the Italian restaurant Gioia and would simply say it’s magnificent! And special thanks to our waiter, Youssef! One down side is the activities booth at the beach where they offer water ski, one guy approached us with prices and we agreed, we went the next day another guy just raised the prices and told us that the first guy doesn’t know the prices and these are the prices which was very unprofessional. Pool is spacious with proper temperature. Special pool for kids is available! Special thanks to Mario at the front desk; very friendly and professional and you really feel comfortable dealing with him. First impression - not that great ! - room is nice an spacious but dirty - fingerprints on the glass table, hair in the bathroom - house keeping staff barging in without knocking - beach towels have stains on them - WIFI barely usable

As frequent UAE visitors, but first time guests at Fairmont Ajman, my wife and I can only regret that we had not found it earlier. We will be returning for a short stay in mid March, but wish that we had booked longer, unfortunately our travel plans will not permit a change. Prior to arrival we emailed the hotel with some personnel preferences/requests, all of which were arranged for us. Located a short 30 minute drive from DXB airport, by UAE standards this is a small hotel, just as my wife and I prefer. The hotel, it’s grounds and beach are all kept spotlessly clean. Staying on a half board tariff the food was varied, well presented and delicious. If the restaurant staff are made aware, every effort is made to meet dietary needs/requests. The staff are fantastic and were seen to do all possible to ensure that guests enjoy their stay. If you do have a problem just tell them, if at all possible they will fix it. Special thanks to Wilfred (Catering Manager), Zahro & Mario (Front Desk), Paul (Duty Manager), Aamir (Restaurant), Dexter (Beach & Pool) and Mehmoud (Lobby) for their kindness and help to make this such an enjoyable and memorable stay. Something possibly unique to the Emirates is a beach writing service where a note to a loved one or congratulations message can be engraved on the beach and seen from overlooking rooms, until the tide comes in! Just book in advance at the pool/beach desk and leave the rest to Dexter and his colleagues. Read less
