For someone who has been in the best of UAE hotels including Atlantis, this resort was the best experience so far. 1. Check in and check out: super smooth, very different, very quick. We had a very entertaining welcome, the bags were taken care off, right from the departure port, while check out, we didnt have to call for the bell boy to come collect our bags, the guys just came on time. While waiting for the boat, we were served fruit skewers, so thoughtful! 2. Rooms: Amaaizinggg, we booked the beach access villa, which we got on other side of the island, but when they knew I am pregnant, they immediately moved us to a villa closer to pool and main restaurants area. Absolutely out of the way. The rooms quite big in size too. Yes AC might be an issue with room door open, considering the heat in Dubai, but I could easily ignore it. 3. Food: Delicious! We tried the Mexican, Mediterranean and Indian food and all of them exceeded expectations, from Kebabs to Veg Kadai (north Indian) all great, and generous portions too. Their BF too wass yummyy, I really can't think of what was missing, breads, fresh juices, cheeses, eggs, salmon, turkey, crossiants, crepes, waffles, french toast, avacado, nuts, cereals, indian breakfast, arabic, english, french, you name it they have it. 4. Service: I can't get enough of it... Absolutely customer oriented, every small detail was taken care of, these guys have done PhD in hotel management, every person would wish you morning, they can turn ur frusted day into smiling day. Buggy service is quick, they leave personal notes for you while making room. Everyone was extra ordinary in their service, I wish I could write everyones names but list would be long, so to name a few: Aziza: guest host Arla: room service host Clair and Nina from restaurants Ahmed from logistics Thank you guys. 5. Property: if you love nature, this is the place to be. You can have your lunch with peacocks walking besides you, ducks, talking parrots. Just beautiful property in the desert. I must commend the hotel for providing a delightful and welcoming atmosphere, conducive to a memorable family stay. Miss Aziza, our trip advisor, left a lasting impression with her exceptional kindness and prompt responsiveness. Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall demeanor of the staff, especially their interactions with my children, which contributed significantly to our positive experience. However, I believe there are opportunities for improvement, particularly regarding the room service team. While the service provided was satisfactory, there were some aspects that fell short of the luxurious standard that guests anticipate. Addressing these areas could further enhance the overall guest experience and elevate the hotel's reputation for excellence. Read less
