I found our break here absolutely flawless. It was just an incredible stay from the moment we were picked up at the airport. We were taken to the hotel in one of the hotel taxis, walked to the correct reception by one of the staff, and then shown to room by the receptionist. The room was stunning, bar area, study, dining area, lounge, bedroom, a room to make coffee, two toilets, large dressing room, huge bathroom, and great master bed room. It was just huge. We paid for it though, it wasn’t cheap, but comparable to 5 star hotels in London. The choice of restaurants was also excellent, and the quality in those we chose was way ahead of any other hotel we have been in. The service is in line with Dubai in general, which is first class in every single situation you encounter. Mahabub was the person who looked after our room and he couldn’t do enough for you, making sure there was plenty of water and returning for turn down service at a time to suit. The water park was great, in fact it was all great. Just returned and for me, it was just totally flawless with regards to accommodation, service and restaurants and facilities. Read less

What a place, I will definitely go back!!! Beautiful accommodation, amazing water park, loved the aquarium. If you are a qualified diver you can actually dive in the aquarium which my husband did and loved. I got some amazing footage of him being mugged off a stingray. Would highly recommend the Bread Street brunch and its great for kids.… Read more

Food & drink in the hotel is really expensive. All soft drinks are around £7 that includes water. The mrs & I shared a club sandwich & chips, the little one had just chips we had a coke each the bill each time was around £50!!! We was half board and took a drinks package, I really advised you do the same. Our room wasn’t cleaned 2 days out of the 5. We was told this was down to a new cleaner on our floor. They did try to clean the room once we called down, however we was back in the room after being out all day. The problem with this hotel is it prides itself on being one of the best if not the best in the world, but with this things that you would normally let go like the cleaning etc you end up bringing it up, because you are paying the money to have first class service. Another point I wasn’t asked on check out how my stay was, again not the end of the world but it matters. My feelings are a mixed bag, I really like the hotel and would go back but the service is not up to say the Savoy in London or the Sunset marquee in LA. I feel there are a lot cheaper places to stay in Dubai that offer just as good service at half the price. 8/10 Read less

Nice room and overall service. Great access to beach and to the close adventure park where kids had great time.
