Entering the grand hotel was amazing, I have not seen this side before. My highlights from this trip was having unlimited access to The Lost Chambers which is amazing. The Aqua adventure park was great for outdoors swim or slide down the 'Leap of faith'. Throughly enjoyed the leisure of the hotel and was very strict in making sure that all entrances were security protected and those who resided in the hotel were only allowed access to some parts of the hotel. The excursions like the helicopter ride were a bit expensive so did not go on that - so a bit gutted. We went half board which included breakfast and dinner. The was a huge choice of menu at the kaleidoscope for breakfast and dinner there was equally amazing with different evenings prepared for different countries. The half board allows you access to many different returants so you are never too short of food. However the room size was small, there were three of us and we had two queen beds plus a sofa bed. I would of preferred some more room to move around, cleaning was a bit slow and I had to ring them once we had returned from an outing to find that our room had not been cleaned at 3pm in the afternoon. If you want to stay at the Antlantis it is better to keep the activities near the hotel as travelling out to the Dubai mall takes about an hour due to distance. Its a good place to take children as well as they do have some good activities for them whether it is on the pool or the aqua adventure for children. Read less

Arrived here for our daughters 2nd Birthday. Really lacked the personal service. I’m surprised at a lot of the reviews on here. This is a 100% honest review. It’s like a cattle market! Herds of people come to visit this hotel for pictures and look around. If you stay here you have to have a lanyard on, feels like your in a big conference. I’ve stayed at lots of 5* resorts in Dubai and this is the first and last time i come here. Feels like your sleeping in a busy shopping mall. We booked the hotel on their website included a 2 year old in the booking. The room is spacious and clean. We had to ask for a cotbed as our little one still sleeps on a cot. Really lacked the one to one personal touch. Half board just isn’t worth it. If you want to dine at Nobu, Gordon Ramsey’s and a few more there’s a supplement charge. The restaurants are overly busy and everything is just rushed. Soft Drinks are around £10 but are refillable. The water park to me was dirty and run down. I didn’t think the hotel was child friendly we had emailed the hotel that it was our daughters special day and on the eve of her actual birthday they left a small cake slice with happy birthday on it. They couldn’t even leave decorated towels or anything on the bed for her. We wanted some balloons that I took from the UK to inflate and they charged us around £30 for 4 balloons to be inflated. We were told by the lady in the kids club that helium is expensive because it’s running out in the world...like really ok! Kids club is over 3’s only we couldn’t even go in with our 2 year old, so if you have an under 3 don’t bother. As Atlantis members the staff didn’t know where the happy hour was and what benefits you get. Paid around £400 per night never again and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you want to stay in a busy shopping centre with no service! Read less

Hi all Disclaimer - its going to be long, so if actually intrested in staying. then only read It's always been in mu bucket list to stay at Atlantis the palm. No regrets for same... It was absolutely awesome Starting from booking.. Before booking don't hesitate to take time and look on different website As per my experience as we were 4 people and want to stay in same room the option of room shown to us was always way too expensive (imperial club room) on Expedia.. Agoda.. Booking. Com Considering 4 people in one room only actual Atlantis site and MMT (Indian SITES) were HELPFULL as these only shows option of 4 people can stay in ocean / palm kings/Queens room.. For the same room all other sites were providing two adults only option. And as per the hotel policy only - all the guest who stays in Atlantis no matter from which site is booked get free multiple access to lost chamber aquarium + per night stay one time access to everyone in aquanture water.... That means if you stay for one night then all guest will get one time access and if 2 then two time access to water park Belive me hotel is huge and absolutely beautiful enjoying it in one night stay is impossible.. Service is impeccable and prompt If you want to save some money I ll suggest to book room only option As there are many other restaurant where you can have lunch, dinner and breakfast. At the time of check-in in hotel they give you 40% offer for breakfast and dinner then can you opt for same To save even more I ll suggest to take a little effort and order from zomato cause that saves a tonn Initially we were given lower floors but on requesting we were provided with a room on 11th so keep in mind to ask for upper floor rooms (those gives awesome view of hotel) as staff always tries to fill lower floor rooms first Also keep in mind that all the amenities provided in room is accessible and not free apart from tea and coffee everything else if touched or used is heavily chargeble and there are sensors in tray that credit the charges in your account which you have to pay at the time of checkout so its always better to ask and get these clear with staff Now about commuting - It's on palm island if you are going there with all luggage and everything taxi is the cheapest and most convenient option as you get to the door and don't have to carry luggage If you go by monorail then first of all its not connected to tram or metro directly have to walk for almost 400m with whole luggage + monorail cost 20 aed per person one side so if you are 4 then it will be 80 aed in which you can reach from Deira to Atlantis directly... Don't take taxi from airport as it will cost 20aed more as airport charges Also after monorail stop you again have to walk for almost 700m to reach to check-in point of hotel which is tiring don't book for airport pickup provided by hotel as it cost around 700 aed rather you take private taxi For limo experience you can book it locally online... Paying few hundred doesn't worth.. I ll again suggest to go to lost chamber at the first evening itself may be by 8 as its open till 10 in the evening as in afternoon you can enjoy day time activity like beach and pool kids activity, tennis courtand many other can't name all Hotel is absolutely beautiful take your time to enjoy it alot Kaleidoscope is renowned restaurant so if planning to have lunch or dinner book it prior and be prepared to stay in que or else either go at 7:30 Pm or late after 10 for dinner Coz waiting time could be upto one hour standing in que for that much time is absolutely turn off View of hotel at night and at day is totally different... Evening is absolutely gorgeous You can enjoy water park at the day of checkout also just take the wristband provided by hotel before checkout time Yes again to inform check-in time is 3pm and they allow early check in provided room is available and checkout time is 12pm You can checkout and ask the hotel facility only to pick your luggage from room and store it in a clock room which is for free. And you can access the luggage if you want within your time in water park Don't carry towels as they are provided to the guest for free and it is not compulsory to keep your things in lockers that are charged as 45 aed for smaller one... You can carry your things inside water park in the bags available in hotel room only... No body will ask you for the luggage ( 45 aex saved right!) Beside in the changing rooms there are shower along with showering gel and shampoo provided so don't carry them only carry moisturiser + there are hair dryers in changing room so don't carry those also be informed not to wear any loose metal things that can come off while your rides You can also ask for sleepers in the hotel that you can use in water park... If your vegetarian then your day in water park could be starving as there are very little options of vegetarian food so while leaving eat till you are full Water park closes by 6pm or till sunset You can now also access the hotel restaurants only you can't use room as you have checked out This way you can save a day in Atlantis to enjoy room + enjoy water park Will again add that hotel is absolutely worth every penny that you spend Generally you will get hotel for atleast 1000 aed ( 3 adult + 1 child) room only charges if booked atleast 45 days prior. Charges for UAE residents are realeaved.. On time charges could be heavy.. Don't forget to carry swimming costumes as you are not allowed in pool,in aquanture or on beach without wearing it. Also carry waterproof mobile covers those are sold for 20 aed in water park else are available max to max 5 aed in dubai itself WiFi is available all over in hotel for all guests for free ask for it at the time of checkout Don't forget your keys anywhere as it could be real pain if it happens unfortunately.. All the staff is helpful it seems they intend to help and polite. One last time Hotel is beautiful... You won't regret staying there I have been to burj al arab also not stayed but lobby and all of Atlantis seems more grand and decorative Read less

Got to say I'm really disappointed with this hotel. Having stayed in many hotels across Dubai for both pleasure and business I would not rate this one nearly as high as the hype would suggest. Sure, it's in an amazing location and there are definitely some benifits to being here, free water park access etc. However the dining experience was a real let down. Que once to register you arrival and then que a second time to wait to be seated by a different hotel employee, why? We waited more than 15 minutes to be seated this morning, when we were finally escorted to a table in Saffron breakfast buffet there were approx 50 empty tables, any one of which we could have located without employee assistance. If you are going to use such a complex system to seat your guests, then resource it properly to avoid inconveniencing the user. The table service was slow with dirty plates piled high on the service station near our table. They had clearly under resourced the staff which lead to a poor dining experience, which in turn spoilt our overall impression of the hotel. After being exited about staying in such a prestigious venue i can honestly say it would not be a place I would rush to return to. Read less

We arrived quite late, around 9.45-10.00 at night, so we had bit of a rush for dinner at the hotel, most of the restaurants were open until 11.00, we went to the sapphire Buffett , it was Indian night, we didn’t get in there until 10.20, so was a bit of a rush , food was very good, although due to the time, we were unable to take full advantage of it, so felt a bit cheated, as it was quite expensive, for the little we ate. Our room was gorgeous , delux room, lovely big bath, very spacious airy room. We decided to up grade to the imperial club/ lounge, breakfast is a little Less busy in there , smaller selection, but very nice , we felt after all it wasn’t worth it for us, it’s not something we wouldn’t bother with again. Alcohol is served (included between 5-7) other wise you pay. And there is afternoon tea included too. The hotel in general was stunning, very busy place, lots of choices for bars/ restaurants , but not too far to go by taxi to the marina or JBR . We wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Read less
