2 night staycation and this place never lets us down. Golf course is brilliant, service is off the scale, the in house band make a quiet drink super enjoyable and the new Italian restaurant, Sette, is up there as one of the best Italian meals I have had. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Having visited Dubai a few times with the family over the years, we have always tended to stay in the Atlantis. However, we were looking for somewhere a little less busy but somewhere that offered us plenty of fun, acitivites, good service, and great food... This hotel far exceeded our expectations... We checked in early hours to be greeted by exceptional front of house staff who simply couldnt do enough for us.. Early morning check in after a long flight with young children are hard, however, this was a dream compared to other Dubai check ins we've experienced at the Atlantis... We originally booked the JA Beach but upgraded to the JA Palm as this better suited us. The Hotel Relationship Manager Islam was outstanding! He is an excepional manager who has the ability to make you feel at ease with any request and as if by magic wand, he makes it happen. His attention to detail and professionalism throughout our stay was clearly iminated by all of his team. The pool staff in La Fontana were particuallry brilliant with us. Vinay in Ellanora was fabulous, and the team in the White Orchid were always fabulous. Due to the combined service of everyone at both hotels, we extended our stay a few extra days before moving to another part of Dubai... We've never done this before. Due to this we had some extra time to enjoy all of the brilliant acitivites as well as rewarding ourselves with some much needed R&R in their wonderful spa! We look forward to returning to this hotel! Read less

We went, as a family of four, for the Christmas Brunch at Palmito Court, by the beach. PROS Great location, with the ability to get up, and stroll on the beach Well shaded tables, not too crowded together Father Christmas arriving on a seaplane Some fun and games for the kids CONS With a 'staff-served' buffet, due to COVID restrictions, the lines were very long. I suggest the chef looks up 'roast potatoes' in a dictionary Turkey was as dry and chewy as an old flip-flop Table service for drinks was VERY slow. Over 50% of drinks orders never arrived. When we approached the bar, we were told that table service only. A great way to save cash on 'all inclusive' deal. My wife was only served three glasses of wine over 3 hours, despite placing orders for a lot more. The music, particularly during the early stages of the meal, was very loud, basically stopping conversation. but perhaps the showstopper was the DJ, ending her set to a dance area full of adults and young children, by shouting 'LET'S PLAY ONE MORE F*CKING TUNE...'
