The hotel

Where is it

Situated in the Jumeirah area conveniently located for access to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. Madinat Jumeirah is adjacent to the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and is 10 minutes by car to the nearest shopping mall with complimentary shuttle bus service available. At the heart of the resort is the Souk Madinat Jumeirah – a traditional Arabic retail and dining experience. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

Hotel information

387 rooms and 43 suites. All with open plan bathrooms, HD LCD TV, DVD player, complimentary WiFi access, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar*, safe and hairdryer. All rooms have 1 king-size bed or twin beds (subject to availability) plus an existing sofa bed (120cm x 180cm), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years). Resort Deluxe rooms are open plan with lovely resort views.

Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Transport is not included. 

Please note: some restaurants require a supplement fee.

Ocean Deluxe rooms are spacious with beautiful ocean views.

Resort Superior rooms have extended terraces with views over the resorts gardens and swimming pools.

Pool Terrace rooms enjoy direct access to the resorts adult pool.

We had a Pool terras room, which make you feel like having your own private apartment facing the most beautiful pool in the world. The staff at the pool and Sugarmash are beyond this world. Team manager Sreejith is one of the friendliest people I have ever met, he runs his team and make you feel really special. Many thanks to Attia, always there with his great smile. We will never forget Muktar the best pool service man in the world. Every day he takes care of all people at the pool. Nothing is too much and he is perfectly helpful. He sees everything and nothing is too much. Jumeirah can be proud of these people. The gardens in the property are well maintained and beautiful to walk through. Breakfast at the Palmery is a must do; never saw a better trained staff and all the food is like fine dining. A special thanks to Daniele , guest relations because he was there for us 24/7. best hotel in dubai every thing was excellent the stuff were very friendly and professional the activity in the hotel 10/10 but i have one problem in this time i did the check in at 4pm but they gave me the room at 8 then the second day i asked them for late check out they didnt gave me although they told me they gave me the room very late!

My family and I spent a delightful ten days at your esteemed establishment, enjoying the pool and beach amenities immensely. The Palmery, your all-day dining restaurant, particularly impressed us with its diverse and delectable breakfast offerings. However, I regret to inform you that our experience was marred by a significant delay in the check-in process upon our arrival. This delay caused inconvenience and discomfort after a long journey, impacting our initial impression of the hotel. Despite this setback, I must commend the exceptional service we received from the staff in pool area,especially one outstanding individual named Lasith. Lasith went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. His attentiveness, hospitality, and personalized service were truly remarkable, and he deserves commendation for his dedication to guest satisfaction. Furthermore, I must highlight the excellent quality of the service provided at the beach area too.even its too busy and lack of staff although every member of the team contributed to making our experience enjoyable and memorable. While our overall stay was pleasant, I believe it is important to address the issue of the delayed check-in as well as reserving the sun lounges has to be stop to prevent similar occurrences in the future and uphold the high standards of service that Jumeirah Al Naseem is known for.
