The Jumeirah Al Naseem hotel is one of the many hotels located within the Madinat Jumeirah complex. In fact, the area around is full of hotels by the group! The famed Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel are right next door. The Al Naseem hotel has a private beach, which is not completely private as guests of other Jumeirah hotels too can use it; hence, it's crowded most of the time. The beach is the closest one to the Burj and offers great photo-ops of the latter. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable, with nice rooms and quite decent service. The Madinate Jumeirah complex has a number of shops as well as an amphitheatre where some private function was taking place. One thing we liked was the boat ride on the canal within the complex, which we found to be very romantic. A nice experience! Read less

a few things seem very weird for us: you need to hunt for a sun-bed every morning without any help from beach personell, and it's quite crazy taking into account the hotel prices. You always feel sorry for the people with kids searching around looking so helpless.....

We stayed at the Al Naseem for a week during October/November. Being half term the hotel was at 98% occupancy. Upon arrival the welcome was warm but it seemed hit and miss if you received a welcome drink, we didn’t but other guests did. No matter, the room was superb. Minor glitch with air con not working but immediately fixed with a fuse box visit. Staff in the main were friendly with Belinda and Ghislain stars. The pool area is excellent although the only issue is that visitors from the other Madinat hotels (who have payed less) can use the pool and beach. Frustrating when you come to use the areas and the towels of doom are already out, then you hear the people aren’t from that hotel. Later in the week this was stopped and only residents could use the pool and beach. The beach area is relatively small and tenders are located too close together. The restaurants on site are good. The Palmery is great for breakfast but the hidden gem is Rockfish, great spot with amazing views and open for breakfast between 9 and 11 which is not widely publicized. Overall a great stay if not a bit busy but that’s half term. Would stay again. Read less
