Even with my most picky requests, Ryan remembered everything and took care of me every breakfast. Lucky, Michelle, Mary, Cham and the entire staff couldn’t have been more exemplary in service and hospitality. Thanks for making this feel so much like a home. Love staying here.

Although some things like the club lounge, were unavailable due to the current climate they were made up for as well as possible. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, as was the whole resort. A pool, breakfast and the beach were all within 2 minutes walk, and anything longer and you could get a ride on a buggy or a little abra (boat). The free entry into the wild wadi water park was excellent with 2 kids. And the staff were outstanding especially our butler Asir? The older housekeeping gentleman who took care of our room. And Danielle in the morning for breakfast, all really attentive and caring. Read less

He didn't do anything extraordinary, but was just naturally friendly, polite, went the extra mile on small things (we could see a smile behind the mask :)) That makes a… Read more

Without belaboring the issue, let me state that the staff pulled all stops to ensure we had a wonderful and memorable stay. And we are discerning hotel guest. Covid-19 had simply FAILED to diminish the sense of hospitality and good will of the front line staff of the hotel. The below listed people deserve particular recognition and our gratitude: 1. Mr. Lucky from Nigeria, Celeste Pool (took the initiative in having arranged a cake without any coordination with the hotel; all on his own. Bravo!) 2. Mr. Anthony from India, Celeste Pool 3. Mr. Charles from Kenya, Celeste pool 4. Mr. Sergei from Russia And remember it is NOT easy to work on the beaches of Dubai in the midst of summer when the temperature reaches 95 celsius. Read less
