great facility with great service that left almost nothing to be desiredgreat facility with great service that left almost nothing to be desired. The hotel also has a great starting point for activities in the city. Unfortunately, the beach is being built up more and more.

Having stayed at this hotel so many times due to its constant high standards and levels of luxury.. Unfortunately our current stay came at a time of COVID 19., a Global challenge for us all. The levels of care and attention at this hotel escalated to a different level .with Constant hygiene reminders and personal hand sanitisers and screening of all staff delivered in such a manner that you would be unaware of anything else going on in the world and you could relax and enjoy the stunning resort as normal.. We wanted to stay for whole month but the cuts in flying and threats to close airports were too risky so the madness of home awaits. I feel far safer here I have to admit. Guest safetly was so paramount throughout and Manager Vanessa's personal service was beyond anything i have ever experienced.within a hotel. This hotel is exceptional and i cannot recommend enough. All the hotels I’ve stayed at have made all the efforts and succeeded in checking me in early, however with Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, they not only made us wait until 3PM (we arrived at 10AM) after explaining that we will be checking out 5 hours EARLIER than regular checkout time, they also gave us a different room. They said it’s an upgrade as we are closer to the beach but it was lacking the view we were supposed to have. And because we checked in late, we didn’t really get to enjoy the beach. We had to come back several times to the front desk to follow-up. We explained that we just wanted to change into our swimwear. They offered us a temporary room at Al Qasar at 2PM. They should have offered this from the very beginning as that is what other hotels in their caliber would do. Pierchic was severely overpriced and horribly lacking warm customer service. Read less

We have been to Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf the 3rd time now since 2018 and we still in love with the whole Jumerirah Complex. The service is outstanding, the quality of food is excellent and the location is just wonderful. We had a Villa with butler service and have to say that Beck as well as Ashis did everything to make us feel like being home. However, we certainly noticed the differences this year, compared to previous years. This seems to coincide with a change in the management team in Madinat Jumeirah since our last visit about a year ago. We certainly noticed the impact of fewer buggy and abra drivers as we had to wait longer for them. It’s a bit of a shame that small touches have been removed. Complimentary pre-dinner champagne has been replaced with Cava, like the white and red wines. This is neither here nor there in the big scheme of things but it will be noticeable to regular guests and it shows a difference in the hotel’s attitude towards its guests. Overall we do still love Dar Al Masyaf and the Madinat Jumeirah and will come back again. Read less

Incredible location, surreal property where you will feel like you are the sole guest into the resort. Multiple options for dining that are all amazing. Anyone who visit Dubai should at least stay for one night to experience this incredible resort. Just wish I could of stayed longer. Probably the nicest resort I’ve ever stayed at. Dont miss it!
