Where is it

In a prime location on Jumeirah Beach, within close proximity to shopping malls as well as the Marina. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

504 rooms and suites. Majority of rooms with private balcony, air-conditioning, satellite TV, complimentary WiFi access, mini-bar*, safe, iron and board (on request), and hairdryer. Super Deluxe Land View Rooms are located in the main building and tower building, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Half board includes: Breakfast daily at Brasserie 2.0, and dinner daily at a selection of restaurants. Still bottled water only included in Brasserie 2.0.

Super Deluxe Sea View Rooms are located in the main building and tower building with sea views, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Super Deluxe Land View and Super Deluxe Sea View Suites are tranquil, sophisticated and offer stunning views.

Royal Club Tower Rooms are located in the Royal Club Tower building and have either city or sea views, sleeping maximum 2 adults (1 infant allowed over maximum occupancy). Rooms offer exclusive access to the Royal Club Tower Lounge which includes complimentary breakfast, free WiFi access, non-alcoholic refreshments, afternoon tea with pastries and sandwiches, pre-dinner drinks and canapés.

Super Deluxe Suites are larger in size, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 16 (1 infant allowed over maximum occupancy).

Royal Club Tower suites are larger, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 16 (1 infant allowed over maximum occupancy). This hotel is perfection personified. From the valet staff on arrival at the hotel to the reception staff and all of the other staff and management ,all to numerous to mention who strive to give you the absolute perfect holiday. Rooms are immaculate , modern and comfortable. The selection of restaurants available in the half board option far exceeded my expectations and the quality of the menus and food was exceptional. There is something for everyone. You can also use the restaurants in the sister hotel The Grosvenor at the Marina. The hotel suits all age range of guests from Singles, couples , families with young and older children and elderly people too. Not sure if im in that category yet lol. The hotel benefits from 3 large pools and is right on the beach with the biggest pool of all. The sea is beautiful and a delightful temp most of the year The external space is something thats quite unique in Dubai offering freedom and privacy. The professionalism of the staff is second to none. We had an issue with our flight being cancelled during the recent storm and the staff worked tirelessly to help us resolve our issues. I highly recommend this hotel and I’m not easily pleased .. apparently. Read less

Excellent hotel and facilities Very clean and also the toilets were cleaned constantly. All staff are very fore coming and kind, especially our butler Mr. Manzar and the vallet at the entrance Mr. Shaji. As well all the concierge staff The room was located on the JBR view , on this side they was a lot of noise due to the air filtering system.

This is truly a world class hotel! First of all we were greeted by Raja who made us feel exceptionally welcome and made our introduction to the hotel a really pleasant and easy experience. The decor, feel and ambience of the hotel is luxury and relaxation. The hotel is impeccably designed and the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. We were lucky enough to have a balcony which was a lovely place to have drinks and watch JBR in the evenings. The food in the hotel was outstanding. The restaurant is (Brasserie 2.0) is so slick and well run. The staff across the whole stay were fantastic without exception. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, room service, pool staff, valet to the chefs and restaurant staff. There are plenty of high-quality comfortable sunbeds available regardless of what time you go down by the pool area. The pool staff greet you immediately with large beach towels that cover the whole sunbed (in some hotels we find the towels are small and only partially cover the sunbed). That level of thought and attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. There is suncream available at the towel stations if you need a top up. We had an amazing stay made even more incredible by the wonderful people who work there (thank you, you do a great job). This will definitely be our hotel of choice when returning to Dubai which we hope to do really soon. Read less
