Where is it

Located on the East Crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, 700 metres from Atlantis Aquaventure waterpark, and a 20-minute drive from Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 45 minutes.

The waiter Jebeer, i think it is spellt like that, but he’s a very good waiter, the best one i ever had. He is probably the best one on the hole hotell❤️

Yogi was the best waitor, he was amazing and made our experience at the restaurant great. The food was great! The toffee pudding was delicious in porterhouse steak

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. We enjoyed the food and especially well looked after by Yogi and Martha in Porterhouse. The hotel managed the extreme weather really well, with many staff working two full days without much rest. Appreciated the effort made by all at the hotel to make our stay so enjoyable.

Another amazing stay at the Sofitel on The Palm. All of the hotel and rooms are kept spotlessly clean and all the staff are amazingly friendly and attentive all the time. A special mention goes to Jia and Agustin from the premier lounge - ever helpful and the epitome of what good hospitality service should be. It’s just the extra touches which make the difference - my children absolutely adored the towel statues which resembled their teddies from the housekeeping staff. Although I don’t have any individual names, I want to also thank all the staff in the kids club. Our children yet again said it’s the best kids club ever and a lot of that is due to the attentiveness of the staff. Read less
