Hello. Let me start by saying that it is the best in our family opinion hotel chain. We have been and I have been in number of hotels in my experience and so far , Jumeirah group of hotels is the best. Never been to Burj al Arab, but maybe if God’s will, one time we will visit it as well. At reception: Ihab, is very good. He handled our issue very swiftly and professionally and also was so kind to accommodate our check out request. Superb. Waiter: Kudir and Ketheesh were very accommodating with a smile and are doing good job. Very attentive. We have a good tradition to celebrate birthdays of my wife and kids as it is all in Nov in Jumeirah. Strongly recommend to all adopt this tradition. For UAE residents (like us) they have very good UAE resident offers with half board. Dining experience is one the best: Chinese restaurant was closed this time round (due to pandemic), otherwise Rockfish was amazing dinner wherein with family of 4 we celebrated my son’s birthday. Vadim from Ukrainian and also Kristina were very nice, attentive and extremely hospitable. Listen not enough space to express my opinion on this. Let us Jumeirah with us! Thanks, Yuriy Kan Read less

Only few good guys are left such as Standish at the pool, chief Sultan and Mohammed at the reception. House keep guys now are terrible. They are indecent, it is clear the management are trying to cut cost and are bringing low quality talent. The rooms are nice but the service became poor. We wish that they reconsider the strategy and go back to the historical service level. Read less

The staff were attentive (and very patience with my boisterous little boys), the room was top quality and the facilities are world class. We had an incident where my 3 year old locked himself in the bathroom. I dialed the emergency button and within 30 seconds I had help at the door. I can’t wait to come back! Read less
