The executive pool is available for guests who book a club room. We like it as it’s smaller than the main pool. The usual pool behaviour is that people reserve sun beds early but seems like the manager gets involved to reserve beds for guests too. It’s very odd and strange behaviour. As usual most of the beds remain unoccupied for most of the day just saved by the odd book and inflatable! Read less

I am currently now staying at Jumeriah Mina A Salam as I had booked 6 nights from 20/10/21 at Jumeriah Beach Hotel. We had previously stayed a few nights at Burj Al Arab and noticed the large contruction site right next to Jumeriah Beach Hotel. Nothing had been mentioned about these works on Jumeriah Beach’s website. I had received an email welcoming me a day before to Jumeriah Beach having us down incorrectly as only staying 5 nights and just 2 adults when it was a family of 4 and we had paid for 6 nights. So not a great start. I informed of the mistake and that I would like a room NOT overlooking the building site. On check in we arrived for 3pm only to be told that the room wasn’t ready. So waited a little while to be given the key and find our own way up to our room. The room was 1602 and looked directly over the construction site so I went back down to the club lounge and spoke to reception to say I wanted a room without having to look at all the building works. So we waited back upstairs only to be shown 2 more rooms that were both overlooking the construction site. The duty manager Qasim called me to say give me 30 mins and I will make you very happy and came back with offering me these rooms that overlooked just as much as the first room. He offered me an upgrade to club. But he was unaware that we already had booked for the club. So did not even know what he was doing. Very poor customer relations. I asked to be moved to another hotel within the Jumeriah group but was told by the duty manager it would take some time and would be much more expensive. I have visited the Jumeriah Beach Hotel many times and always book the club as it’s very family orientated. So when we went to the club lounge we noticed that the 6-8 PlayStations that were always very popular with the kids were taken away now. So this leaves nothing for kids over 4+ to do in the club lounge. So my Son and Daughter (8&6) were both very disappointed. As we had to wait from 3pm-9pm to finally move to the other hotel we had lost a days holiday. I had to get ready in the room we were given only to find out after my shower that the hairdryer was broken. So had to go out with soaking wet hair. Also we could not seem to dial out from the room phone so couldn’t get this sorted. The room was only equipped with 1 bed so again they had given us an incorrect room. We had to chase up our luggage on several occasions and could not get to bed until it arrived which was after 11pm!! This had become a very stressful day for the whole family and at a cost of around £800 per night was unacceptable. To top it off we are told that we need to pay another 612AED per night (£130 per night) more! Jumeriah Beach hotel used to be lovely and the half board which we are on used to have 50+ restaurants to chose from, now there are only 20 odd! The building works have taken over loads of the old beach so now you only have an area of around 50-75mtrs to use to go into the sea for swimming as one side is a construction site and the other has been taken over by the water sports that were in the marina area. Along with losing 2 restaurants and the gym now coming inside the hotel which used to be our favourite restaurant (Naya). Please think again if you have been before as this property is no longer up to its original standards. i booked the hotel first time with my friend for bridal shower, the hotel treatment and care was excellent, my airline canceled my flight and changed it to other time without asking me as it was covid time in May 2021. so i had to pack my things fast and go airport, so i forgot few personal things in hotel and my printed photo by the beach. Ms Rana and Mr. Raymond arranged me free transport as i was so in hurry to catch the flight. i forgot few personal things in the room which they kept it safe for a month then my husband had a trip to dubai and collected my things from hotel. Ms. Rana and Mr. Raymond gave my husband upon collection amazing giveaways of teddy bear+ perfume + Bateel + chocolates. i was so ashamed of there kindness. i went back home gave birth to my beautiful baby girl and came back to Dubai for a weekend getaway, which again returned to the hotel and again Ms. Rana and Mr. Raymond took extra care and remembered that i gave birth so again they gave me beautiful giveaway with my daughter name on it. i highly recommend the stay at this hotel. the customer care and comfy bed + amazing beach will always make me return to Jumeriah beach hotel and not try any other hotel. the hotel is good for business or couples or family or friends. i have tried it in all ways. Thank you very much for the memorable stay. Read less
