The hotel

Even within the sea of luxury and amazing hotels that Dubai has on offer, the Grosvenor House really stands out, setting the benchmark very high for luxury. Overlooking the exclusive Dubai Marina, the two iconic 45-storey towers offers quite an architectural statement whilst ensuring impressive views of the Arabian Gulf. The 14 stylish bars and restaurants are the talk of the Dubai social scene, offering a world of taste from Latin America and across the Mediterranean to India with multiple Michelin-starred chefs in residence. The hottest spot in Dubai, the Buddha Bar, is found at the Grosvenor. As soon as you enter this world-famous space with its monumental proportions, you’ll be enthralled by the charm of its soothing, exotic atmosphere. The accommodation offered is that of sophisticated luxury, with beautiful rooms and suites that have nearly every amenity one could wish for. While inspired personal service is delivered with calm efficiency and a smile. The affable staff remember your name and are helpful without being overbearing, no small feat in a hotel with 45-storeys!

I have travelled the world staying at 5 Star Hotels and I have finally stayed at one that lives up if not exceeds that title. 5 Star Ratings in my opinion are to easily given out, not in the case of the Grosvenor House Hotel Dubai Marina From the moment you are greeted at there Entrance meeting people who are only interested in offloading your Baggage for you with the minimum of fuss without holding there hand out for the expected gratuity You then enter an oasis of calm and a welcoming reception area who provide you with a refreshment and check you in as if you were a visiting dignatry without the constant need to advise you that your room. Won't be available until 4pm at the earliest. You are escorted to your room, which are 1st class with every expected amenity, with pillows that were probably designed by a sleep therapist they are that good. In keeping with a 5 star Establishment the Hotel has a choice of upgrade to there club rooms, which gives you access to there level 5 facilities pay the extra it is worth every penny, the staff headed by a Mr Romel who is a front of house every Hotel should strive for, Nothing, and I mean nothing is to much trouble to him which is a theme that runs through the whole Hotel. The Restaurant choices are ridiculously good starting with the world famous Buddah Bar,and it's newest addition Bushra, the Wonderous Indego and recently refurbished Rhodes Restaurant. I could go on but that would spoil the surprises this Hotel has to offer, imagine coming back to your room and the concierge has left you a Basket of Fruit ,A fine Wine or maybe a cake. I will end my Review there. Please Visit and feel Free when you come home to post a similar review to mine which you surely will. Read less

My friend and I checked into the hotel for one night to celebrate her birthday. We booked the UAE Staycation package. I can’t say enough about all the phenomenal staff who made our stay a special experience. We were upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment and were granted late check out at no extra charge. A small birthday cake slice was added to our dessert platter at dinner at Buddha Bar (unbelievably delicious food—a must try!). Before we checked out, a birthday cake, card, beautiful bouquet of flowers and bottle of wine was delivered to our room. Everyone went above and beyond to make my friend feel special. We’ve both stayed in many hotels around the world and I can’t think of a better experience I’ve had than at the Grosvenor. A small hiccup with redeeming our food and beverage voucher was handled with such professionalism and thoughtfulness by the front desk staff and management. The breakfast at Sloanes was delicious, and the staff were all so friendly. The hotel decor is gorgeous and very well maintained. Truly a magical place. I’ll be back! Read less

Stayed at the Grosvenor House for a short stay in July and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Am a frequent visitor of hotels from the Marriott group and this hotel equally lived up to the expectation. Had a warm welcome at the reception, which provide me with a wonderful room on the 15th floor overlooking Dubai. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to honor my Bonvoy status by upgrading my room. Had multiple pleasant interactions with a friendly lady from guest services (if I remember correctly, her name was Sanne) as well as Mr. Abilash, the concierge, who was wonderful in accommodating us and making the necessary reservations! Rooms were clean, breakfast was wonderful and the location of the hotel is a grate base to discover the city. Read less
