Very much enjoyed my stay here. Got excellent service from a young man named Tom in the lounge. Would certainly recommend this place to friends and family when traveling to the area. Went above and beyond my expectations

We recently enjoyed our 4-night stay at the David Citadel. The location is absolutely perfect, just a few minutes walk to the Mamilla Mall, which leads to Old Jerusalem. The hotel is also a short walk to several local restaurants. The rooms were spacious and we really enjoyed the deluxe alcove view, which overlooked Old Jerusalem. We had appetizers at the lobby bar, which were very tasty. Breakfast was very good with cook to order omelette and very good lattes. Our server, Said, took excellent care of us and was very friendly. We had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel. Read less

When I asked what could be done I was told to fill a glass of water and shave out of that! Let’s remember this is a 5* hotel charging big bucks. It’s not worth it. Read less

Service is indifferent, but that is true of Jerusalem at large, especially higher-end places. Room was okay but toilet constantly made noise as if water running, but not fixable by jiggling handle. Didn't bother to ask for room switch or attempted fix as, again, pretty indifferent customer service. They get a LOT of important guests here, AIPAC… Read more

Didn't bother to ask for room switch or attempted fix as, again, pretty indifferent customer service. They get a LOT of important guests here, AIPAC was here in full force while we were here, with their own "Service" desk, so everyone is kind of Ho-Hum. It was okay as employer paid charge, but we would have been pissed if we had paid from our own pocket. BTW, Israel is my 52nd country and I am quite used to staying in high-quality hotels. This one disappointed and next visit we will try a different hotel. Read less
